KFC Warragul

Visited KFC Warragul at 2 pm 17/7 and was very surprised at how modern the deco inside was. Had 10 tenders and the food was awesome. Very clean and tidy restaurant

I asked for a burger feast with 3 Twister’s and 1 Zinger they gave me 4 Zinger’s my kid’s was not happy or myself not good service either

Ordered a family pack for my whole family to enjoy but nobody could enjoy such oily and soggy chicken. So I called them up and when the women on the phone asked for my number to call me back she was convinced that I was giving here too many digits and that a mobile number doesn't consist of 10 numbers so she wasn't happy at all especially when it came time for her to call me back to find out that there is 10 numbers in a mobile number.just to tell me that the other manager on duty will not replace my order or refund because he single handedly cooked every piece of chicken himself that night and that he doesn't make mistakes like the rest of the human population. What a joke and a waste of time

We used to love maccas but the photos of the burgers certainly dont match what thw dish up so i wont bw going back mums home cooking for us the only reason i gave them 2 stars is foe thwrw staff embarrassed for what thwy have to dish up

Over an hours wait after we paid for order not impressed, and while we were waiting someone else came in ordered went home and had to come back as they didn't get all their order.

The best KFC I've had in years, usually overcooked and dry, but it was yummy, nice and moist, keep cooking it like that, and I'll keep coming back! The staff were awesome too

Usually pretty good but recently have been quite inconsistent with the salt on the chips. Ask for extra salt and a lot of the time barely have any on them still. Wait time seems to be quite a while for a place without a drive through. Will be returning but these things need improvement

Always forgetting to put an item in last week forgot to put in chips in a 3 piece dinner box.tonight forgot roll and gravy not happy.

It was pretty horrible, the person taking our order had a rude look and looked like she hated her job, she didn't really talk nicely and the workers didn't talk nice to eachother as well, and the place has a lot of food lying on the floor. The reputation seems horrible at that place too.

The restaurant was filthy and the customer service was appaling.the lady serving us was quite rude rolling her eyes at us as we ordered, I'm pretty sure she was a manager aswell.the staff were also rude to their coworkers.the food was mediocre, more so warm than hot.

Took 20m to get order right during quiet period and saw 2 other people get refunds while waiting, managers just talking amongst themselves instead of working, food quality 4/10

It's good but everytime I'm there the chips are cold, KFC need to sit h the new wooden spoons they are terrible!

Been waiting 25min to get food, 9 people who order later than me took their food faster than me
Just don't understand

Although the dining room was still closed off for eating in, the floor had rubbish on it and was sticky to walk on.
Person taking order got it wrong even after speaking slowly due to the masks but corrected after it was mentioned.
Another staff member was walking around behind the counter with his hand in his pockets and also not adhering to their staff social distancing guidelines (as displayed for all to read), there was no need for him to be there.

It's lucky I needed some plastering done as I used the flatbread that snapped off to fill a whole in the wall. Slider more like Snapper.sad

This is a lovely KFC with great staff. Services quick and you can order online for pickup. This is convenient given the current circumstances.

No social distancing in the KFC warragul Shell cars park at petrol bowsers go to KFC everyone waits inside store and the floors are dirty and the chicken greasy asked for 3 legs offered to pay extra get home open box the greasy rib pieces and one wing will never go there again.

Didn't get coleslaw in my meal. As the giant specified also no dipping sauces. Thought there was a 25 percentage discount for mothers day only to find out when I purchased no discount. Lined up for ages tonight and after getting the giant feast discovered missing things. Bloody annoying! Next time give me what I ordered and paid for please.

Worst KFC lve been in, staff make you feel like you are a pest by just walking in the door, more than not its not friendly at all and the inside is always dirty. We have tried it numerous time thinking maybe this time it will be different but no its not, so we will never go there again.
