Good fast food tables were not clean and an employee was very quiet while asking what size popcorn chicken I wanted and I kept asking what they were saying for what felt like 1 minute

I would highly recommend that you stay away from this location.
Their staff are completely incompetent.
They have messed up my orders more than they have got it right.
They charge you for customised burgers. Then only deliver the standard burger. And when you call them out on it the deflect the blame to someone other then themselves.
The chicken it always drowning in oil and grease. And tasted like it’s wrotten.
They don’t try to help you with correcting the order or an instant refund. They always only want to give you a instore credit.
But I will never use an instore credit. As I never go into the store.

The little store that never gets it right.
I'm not sure if anyone is getting any training here but any time I've been to this store, they never get the order right.
You ask for a gravy to be added to your box order, you end up with 2 gravies and no potato and gravy. You ask for extras, they forget to add them. And as for cutlery, just nope.
I thought I'd try them again today as I was craving something unhealthy, double checked the order, and they still got it wrong.

I keep going back though, which probably says more about me and my level of laziness.

This is the most disgusting KFC I’ve ever been to, the staff were throwing around food boxes (that our food came in) at each other in a childish manner, I found a hair in my food and the place was absolutely disgusting with rubbish and food all over the tables and floor. Maybe stop being tight-arses and rethink hiring more muted people who are over the age of 15.

We decided to eat in at KFC, the one without drive-through, and the service was very average. The woman went through her spiel with no enthusiasm and came across as if we were interpreting her and an inconvenience. But the food was great and the atmosphere was ok, just a downer because of the staff.

The place was absolutely filthy. Every table had rubbish dirt or food scraps on it. Asked a staff member for a wet wipe so I could clean one of the tables. She handed me a wet wipe and proceeded to stand around.

Quite disappointed. Waited 10 minutes to get served and wasn’t while watching 4 staff members stare at the screen and were kind of doing nothing. There was 5 working about. Ended up leaving. Went to the drive thru kfc and had a much better experience.
My partner ordered online and was stuck there. Then he furthered to wait 20 minutes for food.
Will have a better experience at the drive thru.

My Husband was publicly humiliated in store for his name and the lady who served us sexualised him and he felt violated and belittled by her selfish behaviour.
Then he was asked for ID for the order. Like are you guys for real?
And not to mention they also messed up our order.

Very clean and roomy inside. Service was great and the food was very fast and tasty. A nice place to eat in.

This is easily the most dirtiest store I have been into. The floors were filthy with tramped in mud and dirt and also spilt food. The only difference with the counter tops is that nobody had seemed to walk on them. Try and tidy up a bit, you weren't that busy that someone couldn't run a broom and mop across the floor. YUK!

KFC food loved it, service can be some time slow, considering lot of new staff, I think due to training new staff and covid restriction played a role in delay in the service, overall all good, but I think they need to speedup the service, keep up the good works guys

Understaffed, uninterested staff, dirty, food poor, long wait times to be served, then longer for food to be made. Order on the app as it will take 10 minutes just to be served.

Since the renovation…I’ve been there twice……. Walked out twice. Staff turn their backs when you walk to the counter and ignore you. Disgusting customer service, and has put me off KFC altogether. Most of my friends agree …. We now walk past KFC and go to the bakery a few doors up!

8pm Sunday night.
Waiting 8 minutes to be served, no chips waiting or even in the fryer. The toilets reeked of old urine so all together not a great experience.

It's good but everytime I'm there the chips are cold, KFC need to get rid of the new wooden spoons they are terrible!

Absolutely the worst KFC I have every been! I ordered zinger burger meal, received rock hard bun, it was like a crouton haha never had anything like it, I took it back and showed them how hard the bun was by knocking on it and sounded like a rock! So waiting for another to be made, girl made it and called it, the young boy served a couple of customers, that's ok ill wait, even tho it was just right next to him, and then I'm looking at him and waiting, he didn't even turn around for a while to see if it ready so I had to say " can I get my burger"! Then I go for my chips and they are cold and floppy! Couldn't believe it! Just left them! Also to add that zinger chicken was the thinnest chicken I ever had! I was very disappointed! Put me off KFC

I've been to many of KFC's but this one is the poorest the wait is to long some of the staff have a poor attitude they need to be trained

Understaffed anddisorganised. The staff show that they can't be bothered and they are borderline rude. The chicken pieces were dripping oil. The chips were fresh.

I was there on a very busy Friday night and I was surprised how quick the service was. I totally give it 5 stars!

Normally extremely busy my visit was surprisingly quite quiet. Food was warm and the staff were ok. The best a fast food place can offer
