KFC Wantirna

I love the Scottish scenery and i also love how the staff were dressed in kilts holding swords. My order was extremely well cooked and I loved how the customer service talked with a Scottish accent. A very nice touch. The chips were cooked to perfection and the chicken nuggets tasted as fresh as a newly made kilt. 10/10!

Rarely do they get your order right, especially near closing time. Just go to Knox down the road, it's much busier so the food turnover is high so it's fresh. And they rarely stuff up.

Always quick and easy to either go inside or use the drive through. Traffic is not the best place to be at about 11.30 to 2pm. Alot of parking at hungry Jack's which is good if you have to go to other places nearby.

Excellent kfc store. Very polite and helpful staff and food is always fresh and hot. Highest recommendation if KFC is a fast food place you enjoy.

Food is terrible always have to go back as they always get the order wrong wife got some pieces last night they were very small wings and it was dry as a Queensland drought it never fails to disappoint me this place

Was very quiet when I went (about 4 on a monday) so it was nice just to chill and have some chicken with out loud families.

Been there twice so far first was bland at best second time though only one guy at the front he was rude and instead of taking my order started gossiping with other staff. After a minute he took my order and then basically dropped it down like slop and didn't even give me a straw.

I brought the large Zinger box, the chicken was smaller and dry, also they didn’t put the spoon and napkin in my meal box!

I found you will get served quicker through drive thru than going inside to get served.
Also why do you have the music on so loud inside, I can't hear my work calls!

Terrible service.

Stuffed up my order too, thank god I checked what was given. Otherwise I would have walked out WITHOUT my chips!

Slow counter service, the chicken pieces were dry, tough texture and tasteless. Glen Waverley KFC much better taste and tenderness.

Chicken was very dry, we asked for extra salt in the chips and didn't have any on them. Really disappointed on how one of the large chips we got only was filled at half a box full. The chicken tenders were very small and tasted like they had been sitting there for a long period of time. Customer service was very poor. We will not be going back to this one as we have been disappointed a few times now coming here.
