KFC Wantirna

Everytime somthing wrong.

Tonight order taken, repeated order, read back order. Get home, wrong burger, wrong sauces.

Is it really that hard?

All I wanted was 3 pieces of original recipe chicken and a large chips. Got home and found I had 2 pieces of chicken and 1 minuscule scrap, and 2/3 of a pack of a large chips. Not happy at all

Today i met a boy who goes by the name of Thomas L and wow he was rude, he was making jokes about my deformaties and all i wanted was a zinger box but he was laughing at me in my face and he was so rude and the chicken was uncooked which made me very happy, i would not recommend going here.

A BOY CALLED TOM L WAS SUPER HELPFUL AND IT WAS JUST BEFORE CLOSE AND HE HELPED ME OUT AND GOT MY ORDER OUT TO ME WITHIN MINUTES. THE ORDER WAS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. HE WAS INCREDIBLY NICE AND IM SO HAPPY I GOT TOM TO SERVE ME. RELLY RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS KFC AND SEEING TOM L.

The delivery driver has been waiting for 40 minutes, they charge a $9 delivery fee and still no sign of delivery. Pick up your customer service, honestly it is so disappointing. Placed an order a few day ago and you left the nuggets out

Their horrendous bathroom is capable of infecting an entire city. Simply indescribably disturbing.

Its pretty standard kfc. The staff tend to be distracted but honestly guys you need to fix that frozen Pepsi machine

Placed the order through the self serve kiosk ordered xtra cheese and paid for it but didn't get it and whilst standing at the counter the guy behind the counter said out loud to the team "just get the small orders done and just leave the big ones for now".
I don't know why I continue to go to the wantirna KFC as I honestly can't remember ever going there and not have something stuffed up with my order.

There is a man working here called either Declan or Gray I don’t know which but give him a raise, every time I go there he is happier than a newly adopted puppy. How he dose it I will never know but please give him a raise

Rude beahvior which is totally no acceptable at all by the manager name Coby / Cody on Saturday Afternoon. Forget to put chicken and sauces in the bag and shows the rude behaviour instead of saying sorry.

Beside this food wasnt fresh too.

Bins overflowing on a Monday afternoon, not a good look.
Quick service, friendly attendant.

Staff are definitely under trained in customer service. The quality of the chicken is absolutely disgusting

Well, I waited in line, first in line. For 20 minutes I waited, some made eye contact, no one asked if I was ok, no one said I’ll be with you shortly, nothing. Whilst I waited, 3 people behind me walked out. I know you were busy, but that is no excuse for being totally ignored.

7pm, not one clean table in the whole restaurant, including outside covered area.
Had to ask for wet wipes to clean one.
In times of covid, unacceptable, but the Food was really good.

Good quality KFC, With indoor and outdoor dining. Slightly difficult access due to its position, Bins outside were overflowing, while they didn't seem that busy.

It's another KFC, not much to say other than the drive thru setup needs work.
Too difficult to get out in peak times with the queue for the entrance to the Hungry Jacks across the road occasionally blocking the KFC drive thru exit.

Went there at 9: 30 refused to serve the food because they are closing soon …
This is not the first time it happened
I had to drive to Rowville store to buy food…

Pink chicken zinger burger and eyelash extension found in my potato and gravy which had a 10% potato to 90% gravy ratio.not happy at all!
eyelash extension caught in my front teeth, like the pink chicken wasn’t enough to almost kill me.missing chips too and when i came back, i received unsalted regular chips instead of large.coleslaw was also missing.

Been there twice recently and the queue in the drive thru is ridiculous and long delays both times almost 15 minutes. Customer service was good but they must need more staff

Been this KFC so many times. Today’s experience is the worst. Waiting for 30 mins and the food was cold.
