KFC Wantirna

I visited the store today and had to wait nearly 3 minutes before someone at the drive-thru decided to speak and take the order.

At the collection window had to double check everything and as always, it was missing something. This time, it was missing a gravy!

I asked the lady at the counter to give me a gravy instead and she said can I have a look in the bag to make sure.

Lady, first of all, why would I lie for missing a gravy. Then she confirm and got me a cold gravy.

Unfortunately haven't experienced this anywhere in Australia but it was probably one of the worst experiences.

I don't know what sort of culture they have but this isn't on. Would be writing to KFC directly as well.

Worst restaurant ever! After waiting for one hour they cancelled my order because “the restaurant is closed”

Total waste of money, I will never place order with KFC.

Most pathetic store. Last 4 times ordering from the store it has been incorrect. One time I was made to wait over 20 minutes on the car park when I was told I'd have no more than 5 minute wait. When I went up to the door and was let into the store I was rudely greeted by the manager saying. 'We are closed'. I then looked around the kitchen to see staff just standing there talking instead of doing orders. While there was another 3 cars and a delivery driver waiting. I also seen staff up the back throwing water around the floor cleaning up 15 minutes before ACTUAL close. And could hear the water splashing into the deep fryers and witnessed it splashing the benches. Disgusting store, horrible service, food quality low and staff attitude beyond disgraceful.
I highly recommend boycotting store and going to Bayswater or Knox KFC instead

KFC Wantirna is perhaps the worst KFC I have been to on 19/08/2021 at 3: 30pm. The wings were good but the original recipe chickens are inedible. Go to another KFC at Bayswater North. They are much better!

KFC is well known for their chicken but also the chips. I think KFC in wantirna must not have the delicious chicken salt that EVERY other KFC has all around the world. The chips are tasteless, EVERY SINGLE TIME!

The shop overall is good but this particular shop just takes it to far by not giving enough food amount. Etc me and my family order a family meal which should contain 21 pieces of chicken but EVERY SINGLE TIME we only get 15 pieces of chichen instead of 21. If this happen once or twice it would be fine but it has happened several times and sometimes the chip are soggy and tastelast and which is an other problem

Always been going to this kfc because they have the best chicken. Usually top service but not this morning. Drive through is always good, we went inside today. A guy was waiting in line in front of us to order for at least 10minutes and everyone ignored him. I had to ask them to serve us. A lady came and served him and he didn't have the best english and instead of trying to understand him she rolled her eyes at him and was frustrated at him. We ordered and my boyfriend got his food, we waiting another 15-20minutes for mine, his wings were cold by the time I got my meal and my frozen pepsi was melted. While I was waiting, two customers got their service instantly and even got there food before me. If the servers were nice and communicated to their customers I wouldn't be writing this re view because I understand working in fast food isnt easy and customers can be rude. Customers were patient and nice but were ignored. Bad customer service.

The person named kyra was in really bad attitude taking the order in drive through. If you don't like your job, go home! Many people are looking for the job, just give the position to good person

Don't understand why, when you ask for something and you don't get it, and it's not the first time, I think workers are racist at this kfc

Might as well put the closing time 9.30. What is it with all KFC stores never having fresh stuff after 9.30

I went for quick visit, quick service even after my order was bit too much still waiting time was alot less than many other places.

Went through drive-thru. No staff at the first window. Waited for 1min with cars banking up behind me. Proceeded to the next window where I was lectured by a junior staff member condescendingly on how I should have paid at the first window. I said there was no one there when I went past. Her accusing response.well there is now. So I lied did I? Seriously.lose the attitude.

One of the worst drive through access points ever experienced. If it's busy, better off just parking or you'll end up on the main road waiting. The staff are nice and try their best. Never had a bad order.

Staff is not professional.even not attending the customer well.excessive waiting period for single order.

The staff working today who prepared my order didn't want to be there it seems.
I think they gave me leftovers from last night

Worst KFC in the whole Knox region by far. So many times my orders are wrong and food quality is always the worst out of all the KFC's I've dined in. I've bit my tongue so many times and tried so hard to not put up a negative review to this KFC because it's my local and closest to my home but I've just had enough. This will be the last time I go to this KFC, I'd rather drive further to any of the others in the region.if you read this and offer me a voucher I wouldn't take it as I know the food is
always going to be disappointing. Hopefully this review helps to make some improvements because Wantirna KFC sure needs.

We had our order stuffed up in drive though with also everything being cooked in old oil (chicken was so dark) this waa aboout 5 weeks ago. The manager was nice enough to give us 2 free large chips for our next visit. As we don't eat KFC often when we went in today they told us that our free chips were expired. We were not informed that there was a time limit on it.

Staff not very customer friendly by putting food on counter and you expecting to know it was yours. Food was fresh and hot though, did lack salt on chips, and KFC are known for the best chips because of the salt

I wish We had an option of zero stars. We went as a group of 3 people. We all ordered different items, and literally everything was uncooked, salty, oily and smaller in size too, when compared to other KFCs. Don't people deserve to enjoy their meal? The only thing good was that we recieved the order a bit soon. Why is the tag line "finger licking good" when it can't even serve proper cooked chicken? You can understand my disappointment when I have actually spared this much of time to leave a review here.

It's a KFC.your order is missing stuff more often than not or they don't give you what you ordered for.or even better.the entire thing looks like it was made, wrapped up, flung at a wall and then served to you.
