Rip off! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Alicia is the worse manager with no customer service manner.
Refuse to serve item on the menu. Try to charge extra for a combo meal and sell them separately.
Never ever going their again

Chicken was dry and almost inedible.
Potato and gravy had hardly any gravy.
Not a nice meal unfortunately.

Not to bad staff a bit to easily overwhelmed her some say can you come and help and there was only 6 customers.

Love KFC. Placed my order and was ready in under 5 minutes. Very happy. Food was hot and tasty. Always pleased with KFC as feel satisfied after eating it. Friendly staff. Never pressure to upside like other fast food places do. Highly recommend for a healthier and more satisfying meal.

It was alright, except for the fact we had a piece of cardboard in the burger. The manager reimbursed the money but one of the employee just kept on saying that its just cardboard nothing alarming

These guys have great service. All the franchises may trade under the same name but this one certainly stands out.

I won't be going back to this KFC again! Every time, and I mean EVERY TIME I go to this Thomastown store the staff stuff up the order with missing food or even the wrong food altogether. I have stayed quite long enough but tonight was the last straw! I would have complained on the kfc web site if I hadn't thrown out the receipt in a fit of rage. The staff at this store need to learn how to properly listen to the order that is given to them!

I used the drive through on a Monday night around 8pm and my experience was great, prompt friendly service food was hot and everything tasted fresh wicked wings, wrap, chips, popcorn chicken.everything was good.

Don't bother asking for 10 pieces of chicken.because it seems they can only count to 9.
And their chickens seem to have 4 wings and no legs? !

Won’t be going back, the drive through was a joke and the girls are so rude and disrespectful and obviously don’t care what food we get and if it’s the right order.

Excellent Service! Terry was a delight, he is a great employee! Not many people get enough credit for the hard work they put in. Food was amazing, you cant expect premium dining. Great service and very friendly staff, keep up the good work!

Waited 20 mins plus for phone order while wathing 25 cars go past drive though an 12 people inside order an go.kids wete extremely tired after footy game not worth the wait for them

Pathetic! Staff need a lesson in customer service and in my few visits over the years the food has never met the mark

Chip oil needs changing as the colour of the chips showed the oil needed changing!

Its KFC, don't expect fine dining experience, the staff here is good and helpful, accomodate most reasonable requests.

As usual stuffed up order missing half of order got me to many times ill drive to reservoir or epping from now on better run and organized

Do you deliberately leave peoples food out then not answer the phone or are you just incompetent?

U can't buy any their promotion meal if you are you are using an old school phone which can't install their stupid KFC app to make the special order, so I go the next door-hungry jack instead

I went to KFC ordered (5 star box) she gave me zinger box and the quality of food was very bad the finger chips were bitter in taste.
