Missing food from order bag was open and food was cold and 30 mins late tried to call you but phone just went to engaged signal not the first time this has happened won't be buying from you again

Great service 100% of the time. 97% accuracy with order, occasionally missing cutlery.
Meals are always fresh and highly recommend

It was all good the staffs are nice, the Chicken so tasty finger licking good l did Kfc is my favourite since l was a kid l loved it, l will always coming back to buy another Bucket of Kfc

Pritty good, but do somtimes forget items.
Food quality level is high (for KFC) and they keep the to a good standard. Unlike some other stores where the food is good one day and average the next.

I'm still waiting at drive through common guys it's corona times get more workers to get ppl in and out,
Looks like not enough staff I'm waiting in this drive through for ages

They will tell 5 minutes wait for any pick-up order from doordash deliveroo but actually keep drivers waiting for 20 mints

It’s not very often that we treat ourselves to KFC, we normally enjoy the meal though today, very disappointed with the meal. We ordered a family feast meal, 5 out of 10 pieces the chicken was burnt and the rest were so oily

Good service. The wicked wings and chicken pieces sadly lacked The Colonels secret herbs and spices.

After changing to hungry jacks due to this store always giving me trouble, I finally decided to give them a go again. Big mistake. I ordered a big order through their app to make sure there was no confusion with what I ordered, before leaving I pulled into their carpark and did a quick visual check before leaving, looked good. Got home and found that they'd missed a pack of nuggets, no big deal, called up and they did I could come in and get them even if it was the next day. But then as people were opening their burgers and wraps found that, all but 1 of the meals were incorrect! And when I went back the next day to get my.nuggets and mentioned this, I was met with GREAT hostility! I was not asking for a refund, or anything for free, I was simply letting them know that they made the mistake, and the manager was so rude as to not even talk to me, but when the staff member went to confirm with "her" about the nuggets I could hear the things she was calling me as the office is only just to the side of the register. Extremely displeased and I will never be ordering from this store again!

We went through the drive through tonight (15 mins ago) to order 6pcs original, large potato and gravy & 10pcs wicked wings, instead we got 6pcs of wicked wings & bag full of plastic spoons for 2 people!
Only found out by the time we got it home.
They have freshly cooked chicken but they don't read the orders properly upon fulfilling the order & they had upto 7 girls running around at the back. Unorganized!

Better than most KFC's around, great customer service and definitely can do better, need more consistency with chips for some reason always dried out.

Generally not too busy, product is mostly great and presented quite hot. It's seldom greasy, good. Chips are sometimes dried out and awful, but the backyard birds at home love em.

Was on my way to the shopping center and called in to KFC for some lunch. The staff were pleasant and efficient and I was enjoying a double tender burger within a few minutes before continuing to the shops across the road. I will call in there again.

Much nicer than the Plenty Rd KFC. Always happy to drive a little further. Team needs to remember to greet customers even if they can't be served straight away.

Extremely bad customer service, lack of knowledge around their menu.
Gave 4 very tiny wings in a 9 original recipe pack.

Very poor staff friendly and quality!
I never, ever come back again to be honest, always mistake on the item, product is not really good like before, staff is terrible service, not in the first time!
Today, as usual mistake, i spend $9 zinger stacker burger with the meals and get no burger in the box, lucky i check and ask friendly question, she (girl wear glasses, blond hair) give me a single thin slide zinger burger only and too cold inside (i eat all the time so i know the different of the size and quality). So no complain anything, i walk away but the way she look the customer is unkindly (as supported to be), and not the first time.
Amaging how its could happen and customers wont come back. Store manager will re-looking about this. Thankyou!

It was excellent experience in KFC Thomastown outlet. I feel real Sri Lankan crispy chicken meal taste in here. Extremely satisfied with their service. It's closer to Dalton Exit of M80.

Visited them 4 times yet I didn't have any issues with the food except for one time when they gave me an original recipe chicken which wasn't fresh and tasteful at all.

Dishonest management team called up because they made a mistake with my order they said they would replace the burgers which the made the mistake with.
Went there tonight manager on duty said she can't find my name in the complaints book so can't do anything for me and to contact head office.

The manager Caz was a nice young lady, she was very helpful and made the experience a very pleasant one
