Chips were old and burnt also had no salt, and my burger was forgotten. Staff didn’t seem happy or that they wanted to be there. Really hope it improves soon!

We usually have takeaway once a week. We ordered Cheap as Chips box.
Chips where rubbery/warm. Potato and Gravy had an old taste. Chicken tasted that it had been sitting there for awhile as it was dry. In total very disappointing. Shame on you KFC for low grade takeaway.

Purchased a zinger box meal and for the past 3 hrs I have been sick and everything coming out of both ends. It had to cancel all my meetings including with a government body. Not happy with management reply. Will NOT go there again.

This is the nearest to my home. I ordered A Double Tender and a chocolate mousse for pick up and by the time i walked there my order was ready. Easy peasy. Everything was good.

Typical KFC. Always seem to forget to provide something, even when it is plainly seen on the Order. This time it was the Drink!

Every single time I go to or order from this place they get my order wrong and the food is very average they don't put enough salt on their chips it can be a very disappointing experience buying food from this KFC it's a real shame.

These guys know how to get the food from wherever it's cooking and straight to you for your enjoyment

Clear and precise drive thru communication. Nice to see an older team other than kids. Received our order super quick. Food was perfect, fresh and piping hot. Definitely be back again. Thank you

Went to get lunch i ordered a meal with an original recipe then pay extra $3 to throw in an extra original recipe. But surely i will understand if the meal original recipe is small but 2 small chickens? I paid $3 for a baby part?

I've eaten a lot of food and it was either sitting under the heat for too long or reheated. Not nice at all. I also had to call to make sure they were preparing my menu log order after 30 minutes as there was no update. Took just over an hour to get here

Do not order online here. You will go grey before your food comes. Would give it zero stars if I could

Loved KFC fast n friendly service good job. Sometimes if too many customers, waiting a little longer is understandable

You have all these pretty pictures of chicken and not one of them is named so I don't know what to ask for. I want spicy crumbed chicken pieces, not wings, and no sauce. Very frustrating. It's been a long time since I have had KFC because the last time we had it, it was almost inedible. The taste was nothing like it used to be and no more bean salad which we had regularly it was so good. We would love to see it back again!

Check your order before you leave. Went in today again. Much better. Food was great. Cooked well, great fast and friendly service.

This is usually my go to place but lately the quality has dropped significantly. There are times where the chicken is still undercooked and the chips are stale. The reason it gets 1 star is because a couple of nights ago, I got myself a Zinger combo that would give me food poisoning. Pull up KFC.

Good old kfc chicken! Only 4 stars because sometimes orders a little wrong and typical of most kfc inconsistent freshness/quality of the chicken.

Nice and tasty but drive through was a bit slow on the night. Overall am happy with their service and will return.

Called ahead to enquire about lunch deal & advised it was available. Arrived in a busy driv-thru only to be told the promotion was no longer available, this is after, i had been to the Epping KFC where the tenders were out of stock, however not advised there that the promo had expired. Waited in driv-thru for no reason and by that point I was no longer interested in placing any type of order. Very disappointed.

Went through Drive Thru and got a popcorn chicken maxi and large chips.

Popcorn chicken was fresh which was good. Chips were also very good although I would've liked a bit more chicken salt. Drive thru line was a little long but not too bad.
