Disgusting food was dry the chicken burger was terrible didn't even look like a fillet of chicken it flat like toad killed and do dry you couldn't bite into it what a was a money costumers beware check your food before you leave

It's very touch and go with the quality of the food you get, staff is friendly but the food is what matters.

Had the worst experience, placed an order through their app, received 25 percent of what I ordered, the manager took no responsibility and forwarded me to doordash, my call was answered after 20 min and later got disconnected. Will never repeat this mistake to go to these thieves again.

The shift manager was rude! By 9.30 pm they stopped taking orders where they are open till 10 pm. I was after wicked wings promotion deal.

Awful condescending staff, slowest drive through I've ever encountered. It's not our normal KFC but I grabbed fuel and thought let's give it a go. The order in front of ours looked like it had issues and three staff came to the window to try and move the car forward. No apology was given just a silly girl giggling and looking to laugh with her friend. She had to repeat the order a few times and when we got home it was wrong anyway. Burger was the wrong one some saucy pepperoni thing and Chicken was soggy and some of the wings were raw around the bone such a shame that the chips were stone cold and not seasoned too. Drinks were shelf warm and the nuggets cold and underwhelming. Definitely avoid the store this is just not able to deal with customers. Oh and when you get to the window finally be prepared to be treated like you're an oxygen thief and have the food shoved rather than passed to you. If I could give no stars I would. Get it together will you there are real chefs out there waiting to get back in the kitchen and real wait staff waiting to be friendly you should show more gratitude at having work and being able to laugh with colleagues. Disgusting work practices definitely will not be back!

Whats up with this place! Every time you order at the drive in, there is always a stuff up! And what's up with the pieces in the 3 piece feeds? They serve you tiny pieces, then you order an extra piece and its smaller than the other 3 tiny pieces! Then they tell you it's KF policy when you confront them about it. Hey! Show it in your menu that you only serve miniature pieces in your combo meals! Or show in your menu that you have miniature pieces in combos, and regular pieces in family packs! Don't rip your customers off by not advertising what your policy says! That way the people can decide if they want it or not. And fill your gravy containers, don't half fill them! Penny pinchers make sure your students are focused on the customer orders! So they don't stuff up every time!

Scammed. I ordered a zinger box, they say they only have 2 wicked wings left. So, I asked them to replace the 3rd wing with a tender. Received the chicken tender but no wicked wings.

Halal Chicken. But the staff was not friendly. I asked for a tray, she said that we don't have any. Whereas they have disposable plate that should be offered instead. Later I asked for a spare box then, she gave the disposable plate.

It was Friday night and extremely busy yet they only had one till open. Service very slow simply not up to the amount of traffic going through.

I placed a mobile order at the counter in front of the worker "jacob" and told him my order will pop up in a sec, he still asked for ID instead of the order number on the phone. I dont feel comfortable showing my ID that has my personal information on it to a KFC worker. I won't come back if this is how customers are treated!

The food was fresh and the zinger was just perfect crispy and filling. For some reason whenever I try KFC from any other place the patty looks a bit oily which was not the case here, soon loved it

I will give zero star if I could. Placed order and paid on mobile app, choose collect inside, the counter asked for my photo ID and refuse to provide my food. And waited for half an hour also staff was debating with me let me know if i cancel my order I have to wait for at least 3-5days to get refund. Used mobile app for more than 10 or 20 times, never been mentioned need to have ID to collect order, and never been asked to prove ID in any other locations. Very Strange.

Purchased 15 pieces of chicken & requested no chicken wings.the young girl said.yeah sure.came home to find 5 chicken wings.no drumsticks.maybe she got a little confused.fuming.never again. $35 for chicken wings!

Once again this KFC as been a GREAT disappointment. Always slow making orders. I asked for no wings in my 15 piece box.got 4 wings and no drumsticks. Chips were tasteless. Have other times had things missing from my order.if they were closer I'd drive back. No more chances. I'll now wait for the new KFC to open in Tarneit that's much closer to our house.

I was at the restaurant today and the manager I felt that the manager (Sam) was racist because I gave him a $50 note and he checked it is it was a counterfeit but he didn’t do the same to the customer who was before me.so I wasn’t pleased at all with that

They couldn't give us food because the system was not working and they keep us telling us in 5 min, we waited more than 30 min and no food

They constantly get my order wrong and don’t really seem to acknowledge that they aren’t correctly making orders. I do not appreciate paying for extras and not receiving them and then making a complaint and being told it is us at fault. I believe they have great potential however a few changes will need to be made to achieve this:)

If I could give this store a negative I would. Let me begin by saying the employees are lovely but SOME of those managers (Seamus and Renae) are absolutely atrocious and disrespectful, for no reason too! You guys need to fix up because that attitude is disgusting.

Finger licking good coz they never give spoon or tissue (good luck eating those mash potatoes). Zinger burger probably made last Xmas - cold and chewy. Fries soaked in water I guess. No good

KFC is good option when you are very hungry otherwise Melbourne has so many delicious restaurant with great feedbacks from Indian to Pakistani, Italian, Chinese, Turkish and labanese too
