Best kfc in the area, Chicken always good and doesnt taste as stale as other kfcs in the area

Every time order drive through from this KFC, always missing item from the order, got large chips with meal, chips is awful not fesh at all seems
come from previous day. Especially when the young one's serves the drive thru order. They need pay attention when doing they job, and the manager should watch what they doing. STAY AWAY from this MOB.

Never had that kind of experience in kfc order salad its was dry old salad with only 2 pieces of chicken and container was not even half such waste of money

Employees didn't even ask me for 10 minutes why I was standing at the counter rather they were busy in gossiping

Not a bad store i guess, pretty average KFC, had a good experience the other week when food was cooked perfectly, was fresh and tenders were crunchy.came back a week later to get a tenders box and was told there were not enough tenders and i would have to wait otherwise they could sub the extra tenders for something else. I asked for popcorn chicken which they gave, but they didnt give me the proper packaging for the tenders feast and forgot all the sauces and gravy which was annoying.not going to drive back to the store for just sauces.

My order said zinger burger combo bloody put me a original recipe burger with nothing really on it!

One of the most unprofessional staff ever seen. The worst thing was manager carrying same attitude as staff. Food was amazing but customer service was way below line. They need some training!

I have a KFC store 5 mins walk from my house but would drive 12mins to go to this store in particular. Better quality food, service and cleanliness. Have to walk over to another joint establishment to use the bathroom however still 8/10!

Horrible Drive through experience ever had. Very poor customer service and food was so bad.

ALWAYS STUFF UP ORDER get a third full gravy or a half empty chips or dont give you the drink!

Not a fan of putting up reviews but for this store had to do it, went into the store ordered through the system the order was 3 pieces of chicken. I was standing at the counter and asked her to give my order The lady with head scarf was serving to everyone who had almost full menu orders, after 25 minutes she finally took out box to serve my order but there was nothing left. She asked other lady to inform me about no food as she knows it was her mistake, then came her colleague with full of attitude (maybe the manager). We are out of this items and it will take another 40 minutes to cook that was her words, i was like, really! There you go Successfully wasted 50 minutes. I asked for refund, I’ve payed them through card, while refunding the amount I asked her to refund me cash as the card transfer will take 3 to 5 days but she didn’t listen to me and refunded me through card. When ordering the amount was different when refunding the amount was less, had to take back the resist take the remaining amount wasted another 20 minutes. Very bad service very bad behaviour. Management should take a note of this if they really care about customers. All the drama ended at 9: 40 pm. Went directly to hoppers crossing kfc (outside shopping centre) which was v busy but i got my order within minutes. That’s how you treat your customers.

The service is getting bad each time of this branch. Order waiting time for pickups at evenings are really long consistently. At times they forget to include all the items in the take away and have also faced rude staff when inquired of the delay. Positives are good food and sometimes makeup for delay with extra chips.

The service was good, the food hot and the coleslaw better than the last time I was there.

Staff were excellent and friendly. The premises was lovely and clean. One of the good KFCs for sure.

I ordered 4 DRUMSTICKS and was given other pieces I wasn’t even asked or told. I tried calling no-one picked up I barely eat junk I prefer Nando’s then KFC maybe once in 6 months. Now Just Nando’s. I Ain’t no food person anyway but I hope people end up realising what they are doing and not to keep feeding them your Money

Not good quality food. Coleslaw tasted like mayonnaise only, bitter and not creamy enough. Toilet was in horrible condition, smelly and filthy.

Yeah the name is KFC - Kentucky Fried chicken, but something vegetarian won't hurt you. And quite bad experience with service from the staff, while picking up an order for someone else

Whoever was blonde male with a mullet, working 8th Feb 10pm. You sir are not very nice. Left a poor pregnant lady busting for the toilet and never showed up with the key. Not nice indeed. Very wrong indeed.

It was fast hot and fresh and the chicken pieces were all good sizes. Sorry didn't get photo's as it was a quick feed on the way home from work. I would've given them a 5 star but the potato and gravy was what looked like chucked in, the lid was off and it spelt all over my Partner's chicken and burger but other than that happy:) he was just a bit annoyed because his chicken and burger were soggy haha

GO TO ANOTHER KFC!

I ordered a zinger box and the burger was cold. I took the burger back and told them the problem. Every other franchise would’ve make a new one to make sure it is fresh; however, this KFC decided to microwave the old burger in front of the customer and call it a day. When I got the burger back it is warm but the buns were dry and rock hard, the chicken and lettuce were soggy. The kitchen staff training at this shop is a joke!
