KFC Tarneit

Ran out of wicked wings. Instead of 3WW they thought 1 chicken tender is the equivalent. Went to sit down and there was no cutlery packs in any of the meals me and the mates ordered. Do they expect us to eat the potato and gravy with our hands? Such a disappointing experience.

Bought 30 wicked wings & had to wait for them to be cooked (understandably so) & all the staff I dealt with - ordering, pick up window & the one who gave me the order in the waiting bay - were so apologetic & friendly. It wasn’t that long a wait but they were all awesome about it! Well done, team. Thanks for making me feel special.

Actually was so fresh and delicious. I never get kfc so I was a bit scared. But pleasantly surprised. The boy on drive through was so friendly and sweet, as well as the girl down the line.

Drive thru line is long, not sure if it is just busy or need more staff. But picking up at the counter was real easy, there were more than enough staff at the front counters.

Always serve cold chips, even u tell them please serve fresh chips, still again and again cold always cold chips

It's kfc so you know what you're getting. I was really happy with the care taken when making my food. Tasted great

Went there only becoz they open until midnight. Menu is limited and couldn't get what I wanted. They didn't ask me what sauce I would like (and I forgot to ask), end up having chickens with no sauce

Clean and tidy KFC. Food is always hot and fresh. Customer service is great. This is my preferred KFC for the area

You could literally hatch a chicken, raise it for 6 months and then cook it before you would get a meal at this KFC.snail pace!

Floors need cleaning. Outdoor seating needs wiping down and the rest rooms are so filthy.service was ok and fresh food. Thanks

Pepsi freeze lid is not on properly, and no tissue for me.make my gear lever very disgusting, have to take it out to clean. Never come again.

Very slow service. Took 15 minutes for order. Drive thru service quicker should have gone in drive thru.

Every time order drive through from this place, always missing item from the order, especially when the young one's serves the drive thru order. They need pay attention when doing they job, and the manager should watch what they doing.

Man I though I had COVID after eating their food, I couldn’t taste anything lol, I think they forgot to use the secret spices especially salt or watered down the ingredients, that was my second and last time there.

I am local to this store. But it would be worst kfc I have been too. Last two orders they have stuffed up. Left food out. No seasoning on chips at all even after asking for extra. Large chips only half fuel. Forgot sauce on Burger even when asked me twice. Won't be going back and rip customers off in money and time wasted

Food is decent but this store consistently has missing items on delivery orders, which have not been provided upon contacting the store.

Would like to thank the Tarneit Manager tonight 01/10. My husband made a order and was told there was a huge wait. He come home and sent my son down to collect the order (approx 1/2 hour). When my son returned we had received the wrong order. I went down ro the store and Shay (sorry have misspelled his name) was extremely apologetic, courteous. They were under the pump which I could see. He replaced our meal and gave some chocolate mousse for the inconvenience and apologised more.

Hey, your food is good but the wicked wings and the normal chicken are not cooked that well so I'm give it a 3 star.
