I rocked up all there lights were on and screens went in the the drive thru and didn't get served drove to the window still nothing
Drive to the next window and they all laughed at me and walked away from me very bad service

Dried up Chicken, all 10 pieces. So dry that my dog didn't eat any of the meat stripped from what appears to be smaller chickens.no wonder it's called Dirty Bird.never again!

Don't order your KFC by delivery service since they don't have their own delivery person. My order ended up delivered to someone's else house since they use Doordash. It's gonna be the last time I ever order food from KFC using their app, Doordash is hopeless, the address of the unit where I live was clearly there when we ordered our food, but apparently this Ahmed person who was suppose to deliver our food can't read & follow simple instructions, he should get sacked, & now I have to wait for my refund, You guys need to hire more people and have your own delivery service so unprofessional

Food was good, however I had some complaints. The menu was rather confusing but that issue was dwarfed by the shocking customer service. It doesn't cost anything for a greeting, eye contact and a smile.

Always have something missing from order, you don't know till you get home so too late. Is that how they make money. How hard is it to get the orders correct.

If there is a minus score this place would get it, they have got to be the worst store in Melbourne. The service is slow and they don't seem to care and not to mention the forgotten food. This has happened on a number of occasions now, this store really needs to lift it's game.

Absolute worst KFC they can never get our order correct, always something missing from our order.

Just got super dry inedible chicken from this 'franchise The quality of KFC should not vary from store to store. Maybe this is why there was no line at 5.30 in the evening. DO NOT GIVE MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE.

Disgustingly was told i should check my own food for their mistakes.and its my fault that the food is not up to standard? ! Clearly they cant do that themselves

Why did the chicken cross the road? Because it got sick of waiting at KFC. They are painfully slow at processing orders. Sure the chicken is nice, but not when I've waited 20minutes for an order I placed 30 minutes prior

The female managers attitude is absolutely appalling, shes not nice to anyone and the food is always horrible! Boxes are almost always empty.no sense of customer service

Poor quality service, no napkins, soggy chicken, no salt on chip. Over 20 min wait for drive through.

Was above average for a KFC, but the chips did need more salt.the chicken was nice, but I think the crispy strips should be cheaper. The chips were hot and not too soggy not too crispy, just the right texture. Although as I said before, they did need more salt. Most KFC's these days do not give you enough salt. It's a travesty of justice. They always used to give you enough salt, but now you have to ask for extra.

I've had food poisoning from here more times than I can count, the lines during dinner time for the drive through are usually out onto the road but I always go back because I love fried chicken and at this point food poisoning doesn't bother me enough to not go back.

The food was ordered through Menulog, arrived hot, promptly.
My order was wicked wings, the 10 wings were so tasty, first time I've ordered fast food and it looks like the picture. Chips were crispy, order was correct.
All in all a fantastic option for that lazy night in.

The place is dirty. Food and plastic cutlery on the floor, seats and tables. We ate in and did not see one table wiped down while there. I gave it two stars only because the food was good. Staff need to be more diligent.

Very ordinary. Service was poor. Was standing a customer complaining about mould on a wrap. Manager said is was not but one could smell it as well as see it. Microwave nuggets were given to dog. They were super soft and soggy. When got home my wife went to the loo claiming the chicken was not good.

Chicken not very fresh a lot of the time, but if request for a fresh batch, they are helpful, just need to wait.

Went to KFC 12 min before closeing to be told they had no chicken if you don't or can't control your cooking put your closeing time at 9 o'clock thank God for Hungry Jacks

Always mess up our orders. Always something missing and been charged for it. The restaurant is always dirty. The owner needs to be more hands on. It obviously makes money being the only one in town. If another opens it'll kill this one.
