KFC Sunbury

Such a poor service, we have waited for 50 mins with 2 young kids for our meals, and the excuse we got was the "fryers not working or some oil issues out of our control by Sky one of the member, and we can't help it" and we can see drive through moving nice and easy with their fried food, its fry food joint right.this is not the first time I had a bad experiance here before as well, was told that "if you want to talk to manager then I send him" by Sky and no manager came forward and delt with the issue. I asked the name of the manager was told his name is Joseph who never showed up.again I would rather go inbound or outbound Calder Hwy KFC spend fuel and 5 more minutes then coming back to them.shocking service waisted of money and time.

Ordered KFC for myself and my daughter. Only half the food arrived.
Contacted Menulog.
They refused to complete the order.
They refused to give a refund.
They promised a credit for next time.
They lied.
3 months later, credit has still not been granted.
Called menulog back and nobody knows anything about anything.
End result - my daughter went hungry.
This is a scam to steal people’s money, nothing more.
Every single menulog order has been incomplete.

Disgusting customer service ordered $100 of food through them and menu log received wrong order rang the store in Sunbury told them we received the wrong order they told Me too bad so sad not our problem will never eat at kfc Sunbury again so sad to see terrible customer service from the store manager.my advice to people is to check there order before the menu log driver leaves.

It's KFC, what do you expect? Good food, they employ kids 'cause they are cheaper and you should know most of their menu. Good, fast, food

Fresh and yummy 4/5 times I go there! Pretty good compared to any other kfc which is usually hit or miss.

You know sometimes you get that craving for KFC?
Drive straight past Sunbury if you do.

Was looking forward to the seldom KFC indulging however was left extremely disappointed.

- Lazy attitude by front counter as if they don't want to be there.

- Burger meal was missing burger?

- Chips were soggy AF and inedible

- Chicken was dry and well over cooked

Came on front counter about 20 minutes ago. Was given the new spicy burger instead of original bacon and cheese.i cannot eat spicy.
Ridiculous how much this kfc messes up my order.
Was not asked what size combo i would like. Nor what drink.
People need to be trained better.

Took over half an hour to get my meal
Can't get in the carpark because the drive thru line is out on the street. This is normal unfortunately.

Now I don't expect every piece in KFC Boxes to be all the larger pieces. Love a wing & a drumstick but when there are 2 lousy drumsticks & 1 wing that is annoying & very, very stingy. I don't know what it is about the Sunbury outlet but there is always, ALWAYS an issue. Poor quality & no pride in what they dish out. Don't bother, Red Rooster it is from now on in Sunbury.

Orders can sometimes take awhile so ordering ahead of time via the app is a smart thing to do, chicken could be a bit hotter sometimes but that's just the luck of the draw of takeaway I guess

Waited 20 mins for 24 nuggets just to be told sorry we don't have any.why sell them to me and take my money

Generally love the ol’ KFC. Who doesn’t? However, I’m getting a bit peeved by the order being short changed. Almost guarantee that something will have been forgotten / or the chook has been sitting far too long in the warmer. I know it can get pretty busy and I can get credit with MenuLog or whoever but…….

Honestly don't really eat here, but won a voucher, I enjoyed the meal, but wouldn't recommend it as a healthy meal, very greasy.for people who love KFC it was very quick service and happy friendly staff.

I like KFC but they always seem to forget something with the order. Most commonly any sauce you get that doesnt come on a burger. So check your sauce before you leave. And this is not the stores fault but be mindfall when parking in their car spots as there are some terrible drivers that park there so stay alert. I have almost seen a few accidents there over the years.

This was without doubt the worst KFC I've had. The chicken in the burger was so dried out you'd think you were eating a busted old rooster. The bun was so hard around the edges I could have put it on a grinder and used it to cut through stainless steel! If that wasn't bad enough the nuggets were cold, dry and hard like they'd been reheated a dozen times! Not good at all guys!

I went there last night about 5.30pm I ordered 10 pieces of chicken it was dark and try.

I ended up giving it to the dogs.

Maybe I cooked it for lunch.

Always have something missing from an order. You don't know till you get home. They missed my drink, and I had to come back to the store. They also had a new option on the menu call Christmas in July.
It supposes to be 15 pieces of the original recipe and eight pieces of wicked Wings. But in my box, I have 8 pieces of the original recipe, and the rest of them was wings.
I came back to get my missing order from them and I talked with the manager.
She didn't even say sorry. She was insulting and unprofessional.

Could not leave zero stars. Worst KFC I have ever been to!
Ordered online and still had to wait over half an hour till my order was even started. Then was told there would be a wait on the chicken pieces.
They threw out an order that someone could have eaten because they got it wrong.
I could go on but.
Terrible!

Worst KFC Services! Order it online and yet need to wait. Understand if they were busy but those who just walk in & order in over the counter gets their food first.

What happend with spices? It's is my 36th time buying kfc here but you guys always don't have spices ever since you opened.
