KFC Sunbury

We we're greeted with a beautiful smile great service and out chicken was delicious thankyou for our very late tea.it was greatly needed after our long delayed flight from Brisbane

90mins only to finally call and be told my order has ignored. I guess this business thinks that it's SO good that it doesn't need to consider customer service. Furious, never again. Seriously, people stop buying 'food' here.it ain't that great & hygiene seems questionable.

Dining area filthy staff standing at front counter eating instead of working waited 15 minutes for a burger only 2 people in the store
Chicken was dry and cold chips unsalted and also cold

Haven’t been to KFC for a while so as I was in a hurry went via the drive through. For $13.45.2 measly chicken wings that were grossly over cooked and dry. The burger was no better with a couple of shreds of limp lettuce and the chips had far too much salt. Only success was the Pepsi Max. Never again

Walked in to a clean environment and a welcoming creating smiles on the faces of the workers great coustmer service with no short cuts with the food chip boxes full with no complaints bucket to go cups fully full nice clean fresh food defently will be back next time I'm in town thanku to the staff as it was a pleasure to buy from U

My burger was thrown together. Most of the lettuce was in the wrapping & brown at the edges.
The floor and tables were messy with food but one girl came out while we were eating to clean up. Thank goodness for her.
It's been a long while since I've been back but thank goodness it's improved.
Service was great. Young man behind the counter was great & quick service. Food was much nicer & the tables were clean.

Don't know why the coating to the chicken has changed. It's not that good. What's with never bringing back the normal sunkist. Not everyone wants or likes sugar-free.

I brout in my pet chicken (Betty) and i asked them i to cook betty.and they decinded my amazzzzzzinnnggg request. Betty really wanted to be eaten.poor betty.

Not a bad experience but would've been nice to get the coleslaw I ordered plus the napkins.

It was Good Friday KFC was open.
But it was nice & clean, there not many other people there & service was good

This is my local and their chicken is always terrifically cooked.the chips were a bit old and cold but everything else was great.sorry about the atmosphere rating but I've only ever gotten takeaway.so do yourself a favour

Busy, clean and well maintained KFC outlet. We both commented how good the chicken was as it was not as greasy as often is the case. We had sliders, Chicken Tender Combo and a small serving of Wicked Wings. The staff were courteous and efficient.

Aden on front needs a raise. It is hectic. Kids are going like cat cuts and his attitude to every person who comes in is brilliant. The food is the food. It's KFC.

Order 1901, I have three piece hot and crispy chicken included in my order but instead received 3 chicken tenders. Their phones doesn’t even gets answered. One star for you.

Horrible waiting time.
We ordered a 21 pieces chicken and a zinger meal at 8: 15. At 8: 45 we asked how much longer it’d be and they say “another twenty minutes” I understand it’s a handful of chicken to be cooked but 50 minutes to wait? Especially after seeing like 10 people come in after us and leave before us with their food.

Not very friendly service by the male team member that was serving. I even had to grab a bag myself to place all the drinks in. Very average service this time.

It's much quicker and a far better meal, to watch your chicken hatch from an egg, let It grow, kill and eat it after cooking it on a rotisserie for 1 hour, than it is to wait at Sunbury KFC for an ordered meal.

Dear KFC Sunbury,

I work as a close by school. We had staff workshops on the past two Saturdays (27 Auf and 3 Sept). We through it good to order KFC for our staff.

On both occasions we ordered in advance, and phoned to confirm the order. On both occasions we had major issues with our order.
27 Aug the order was not ready even though we gave a time far in advance and phoned to confirm, when it was picked up, we did not receive the amount of burgers we ordered and had to wait for them to be made.
3 Sept we also ordered in advance, and phoned to confirm that the order be ready by a certain time. When I got there the order was not even started and I was told that no one called, which was not the case.

I was helped in the end quite quickly, which I appreciated, and the burgers were good tasting. But bad management like this will cause you to lose customers. Fix this and you will have us back as well.
