KFC Springvale

Very poor quality. Chips always soggy never filled, last time I went here the lettuce was covered in something slimy. Staff always rude. No longer go to this KFC out of fear of being sick again.

They sell halal stuffs. The manger is Muslim too. He was very supportive to ensure my Halal requirement.

Quick service but since is the only one open after 10pm and up until 2am, expect long queues at the drive in. Drive through Dandenong rd otherwise you will line up on the road if you try to go through police rd.

2 people talking inside. 3 standing outside. And I'm waiting 5 minutes and still haven't ordered. One other customer.

Poor food quality!
I have always fell sick after consuming the food from kfc springvale and I'm sure it's because of the smelly oil in which they fry the chicken. Also, the potato chips are not fried properly and they're always soggy and white in color.
Don't even talk about their staff. There's a girl at the front counter who doesn't even understand English.
Pathetic management.

Very disappointed with the customer service, and their usage of website and the KFC application. Paid $20 extra for the exact same thing that I was able to order online.

Disgusting, left multiple cars waiting in the drive-thru before informing them they had closed.
I'd placed an app order they ACCEPTED, waited for 15 minutes in one of the drive-thru lanes as 3 others in the other lane were served to then be informed in a rude and snide tone that "oh sorry we're closed"
Drove around the the window to get answers about a refund and was met with a more chide and abhorrent employee who had no solution and only offered an empty "it's a public holiday"
Horrid customer service

I urge people to stay right away from this KFC, They cant speak english, The muck up orders, Give Cold food and the very last time i went there the chicken smelled off, I can understand mistakes can happen but this has been happening quite often at this KFC. I am also going to make a formal complaint to head office.

Another KFC that serves rubbish poor quality food - ordered large popcorn chicken meal. Popcorn chicken half box filled with scraps and old chips with no salt the chips were actually disgusting had a weird flavor, what you see on the plate is what was leftover uneatable rubbish

This must be standard practice as noble park and Springvale stores do exactly the same thing
I suspect they do this with the large - fill the bottom with scraps most people cannot finish of large chips, large popcorn chicken and large drink
And so will not notice it

I just went through your drivethrough right after going through a Macca's drive through. Your drive though was tiny, messy and there was not a supplementry amount of windows so who knows what undercover dog sweat cartal you could be running down there. Just an over all mess of a drive through. But I like the colour of bricks, five stars.

Always hot, fresh and so yum after I finish work at this time of night! Two very enthusiastic thumbs up from me

Not great at all, cold chips, wrap was so dry it was breaking and kids popcorn chicken was terrible

A little bit disapointed with size of boneless hot & spicy chicken. Cashier so friendly, over all is ok.

Took forever, food was average at best and the restaurant was filthy. This was at 12: 00. Not even busy yet. Hate to see it in peak lunch rush.

I’m am so disappointed in the quality of food here. The slurpees are so watery and have hardly any taste.

You get what you expect at KFC! They do have the best wraps of the big fast food chains; I wasn't disappointed.

Quite a busy KFC, located on a busy intersection. Depending on where your driving from, it can be difficult and hazardous to drive into and out of this store. Usually, drive through service is quite fast, reliable and friendly. I haven't had a problem with food orders, usually freshly made.

We waited about 20 minutes for our food and there were only about 10 customers in the store. Bit of a shame.

Terrible service just got served at the drive thru no manners trying to hurry our order up.and what i asked for didnt get.so they hide on the bottom of the bag.cant wait til i go there next time.and thats every bloody kfc bad service no bloody manners

It's getting better, still a bit slow for fast food but the quality is good for the kind of food it is.

Sometimes if they are busy you need to check your food before leaving as sometimes things can go awry and you have been given the wrong items. Better be safe and check than be angry when you get home.

Other than that I don't have a gripe, bring back the hot and spicy chicken please!
