It's a kfc located on Dandenong Rd, it has a drive through and sells Fried chicken. Worth a look if your into that type of thing. As for quality it's much the same as elsewhere. I'm not sure I'll remember the particular kfc as being a stand out favourite. I once remember Wade B say it was Melbourne's best kfc, I can confirm it is no longer Melbourne's best.

Waited 15 minutes in store for a combo meal. Saw my burger sitting under the heat lamp for the entire duration and when the lady went to hand me my chips she asked if I wanted "these ones or fresh ones". She also almost forgot my drink until I asked for it. Oh and the burger was soggy from having sat there. Your time management and priorities are awful.

Just your usual KFC joint, service is usually quick but can be slow at times.
Great location and i believe they are also halal (best to confirm before purchasing tho)

Always have a problem with missing items with this place ordered original recipe, wings and aioli just got originals rest of the order missing too late to go back and pick it up

Terrible Customer Service,
There attitude towards a customer is rather appalling, I ordered a big meal and only to find bits of pieces of FOOD IS MISSING went back to talk with there terrible managers and they wouldn't budge on give my missing pieces and thought I have ate them.
INIDANS ARE TERRIBLE IN RUNNING THIS KFC FRANCHISE

There appears to be a big problem with this KFC, The problem starts up top, Franchise owner, Internal Store Management and then goes down to the staff. I ordered 3 times from this place. The first experience was bad, so was the second and the 3rd. The reason why i tried 3 times because i wanted to give them the benefit of doubt, But after seeing all the complaints here it is now become evident that they have bad business practices. My speculations in the missing orders from many complaints here could also be deliberate to deceive the customer. I strongly suggest that everyone who has a problem here takes their concerns to head office. If the sandown store is operating like this on a consistant basis something has to be done to address the whole situation. Alot of KFC stores operate within the guidelines, errors can be expected but at the magnitude of complaints coming from this store should be investigated. The franchise operator is the one who should be questioned in relation to this. They need to all get their act together and do the right thing. Also as far as giving refunds back that is the law there is no waiting. If your not happy take the food back with your reciept and request a full refund. If they continue to operate in a problematic situation the Franchisee has alot to lose, The Business only operates because of customers, Without any customers there is no business.

Terrible, ordered five large zinger box's the chicken in the burgers and wings were thin dry and not fresh what happened to your restaurant it's Terrible waist of $75.00

At 8: 50pm Monday 4th of October my fiancé ordered in drive through. Got to the last window the girl looked and turned her back against and closed the window. After sometime she opened the window said have a good night with an attitude before giving the food.
Came home missing potatos and gravy, instead of one large fries there were two small ones, they were cold, wraps were cold, whole order inedible. There was no sell up and very poor service and quality of food. Poor management of their staff!

Whenever I always go to this KFC they always make mistakes I wish trained KFC employees to take over instead of apprentices. Service wasn't so great and wait times are oddly just bad. Not on at all never coming back again.

Customer service is really poor, not friendly & often get our orders wrong. But at least chicken is fresh & they're open til late (compared to other kfcs in the area).

We placed our order in store and the was a delivery driver to pick up an order with his mask in his back pocket. Next 4 twenty-somethings also entered the store without masks in sight. Next young man who entered was wearing a mask. Service was very slow.

I’ve had two bad experiences here and one mediocre one. I now realize I will never go to this branch again because the other branches have much better service.

First time: Waited for 45 minutes for food. Was given the wrong food and had to return. Staff were not helpful or apologetic.

Second time: Got my food in 15 minutes when the store only had 2 customers.

Third time (last time) : Tried to use the app deal. Manager was not helpful at all. Said things like “we are not associated with the app” “you’ll get your money back in 72 hours after you pay” - he knows nothing about the deal when it’s a KFC app! I mean you can’t not associate yourself with your own app! Also beware that you won’t get your money back - this makes is feel like a scam. He didn’t give us the deal in the end and was not helpful. I went to another KFC and I got the app deal and my food within 5 minutes.

Honestly this store needs a change in management/manager. Or it needs to close down because I have found one very close that is 10 times better which shouldn’t be the case.

Regularly send out incomplete orders missing items ranging from sides to full meals. Most recently gave my order to a total random person meaning I was waiting an hour and a half for my food.

Get your act together, guys. You do this every day. You shouldn't be struggling with this.

Do not come here unless you plan on bringing your own spoons and straws! They never have any of above stocked up and the unwillingness to assist is extremely problematic.

KFC bucket stash deals do not work here. No discount applied after checkout. Checked with the manager who was at the counter why the discount was not being applied and he said you will be refunded after paying. Ended up paying for the deal thinking I would be refunded. Tried again another day at another KFC store for another deal, and the discount was applied straight after checkout. This KFC store is so dodgy and full of lies. This store represents KFC but doesn't say it isn't but of the KFC bucket event. Lies about the deal so they will get the money. Such dodgy practice.
