KFC Springvale

I pulled up to a speaker box and waited, 3 cars went past me on the other lane. NO ONE took my order. I eventually, tired of waiting, pulled up to the window, where I was told my car was " too big to register ". WHY DIDNT SOMEONE COME OUT? Leave me waiting there for my turn.

3 things wrong with my order before I even drove away with my order.

Shocking service.

KFC Zinger burger lets start off with the chicken the chicken was nicely cooked and yeah don't really have much to say about the chicken beside it was good. The crumbing was really nice, good flavour I feel it was a mix of herbs and spices witch go's back to there slogan the 11 herbs and spices. It was also had a nice crispy and crunchy taste. The lettuce was lettuce cold not much flavor but it still good and lettuce with mayo tastes GOOD and the hole burger just comes together. The chips they where really nicely salted they where soft and yeah that all you can really ask for from chips. I give it a 4 it's some of the better fast food i've had but for fast food it was really good.

Manager on duty baharat sehgal got no sense of customer service. Even restaurant is not clean not following covid guidelines. Not recommended. One one single staff member come out to clean table after customers left. Got no where to sit on 26/04/21. At 6: 55pm monday

Good customer service and a decent place to sit and enjoy your meal. I usually ask for fresh chicken but they are good temperature otherwise.

Badddd customer service! Was standing at the counter for about 10 mins waiting for service, roughly 10 staff there and not one person
acknowledged or served me so we
walked out! Never going there again. Won't allow me to post unless l give 1 star! 0 star!

Great service and delicious chicken, what more can I say. I will be going to this KFC again next time I am over this way.

Chicken was extremely ordinary. Very Oily. Waiting 20 minutes for food after ordering is unacceptable. Only saving grace was a very polite and apologetic young man who served us. HE is why I gave a 2 star rating.

Been to this place in 2014 since that never got change to go their after seeing this place for quite some time lot of things are changed and food is good and fresh like always

Are kfc standards a thing? I got an original recipe burger and they give me this thin depressing looking piece of chicken.the batter was basically the same thickness! This isnt a smashed parma burger folks!
appalled that they even considered putting this into their burger.

I had the Zinger box, apart from not getting a spoon to eat the potato & gravy. A problem easily solved, much more enjoyable than the KFC at Dandy Plaza.

I have to give my stuffed up order 5-Stars!

When i got home I looked in the bag and omg!

I ordered 3 wicked wings. There were 9 in there! All drummetes as well!

I ordered 3 pieces of chicken. 1 breast and 3 thighs. Non of this broken off tiny wing counting as a piece! Actually proper pieces of chicken.

And lastly I ordered 6 chicken tenders and there were also 9 in the box.

A bit annoyed they forgot my super charged sauce, but I really cannot complain about this beautiful stuff up.

Will be back! Cheers to the guy who I saw packing it!

They always don't get the order correct, I'm always short of something when I get home. Last night I ordered a family feast got home I'm 1 chicken short instead of 10 pieces I got 9.2 weeks ago I ordered a family feast I got home no 1.25 litre of drink at all! I called up and they said no worries just come and pick it up but it's a waste of my time. Never again go there.

We ordered online and went to pick up at drive through so couldn't order extra sauce so asked at pick up point if we could just buy 1 more but was told to drive around again, for 1 sauce. The nuggets and originals were so soggy, the original skins look like it's been sitting for a long time and were falling off.

Worst experience I’ve ever had from this KFC had lunch and I was eating my twister and just as I was was half way through it I had a huge piece of wrapping in it well that was the end of my lunch I would give zero stars if I could.

Was been waiting in the drive through since 15 minutes. Staff doesn’t care about the time and very rude to the customer. AJ and the other Indian girl were busy talking each other and doesn’t care the customer in the car. Never visit this restaurant again.

Service more often then not lacking and wait times are a joke, normally met with a response of "so"

Located in a crazy spot which is the intersection of five roads. Their staff is lazy, though helpful. Sometimes they don’t ask you if you need anything or want to place an order. They are just busy talking to them selves.

Ordered 3 times and got 2 cold meals by 2 DIFFERENT MENULOG DRIVERS
My Mum has her problems but dealing with KFC n menulog. She may of ended up in hospital.

Love going to this branch. The chicken are Cooked to perfection. I noticed that different branch do differently which supposedly not to as all are franchises business.
