53Dont go there. Bought at approx 3.30 on 3 June 2020. Chicken appearance a dark brown colour and very dry and tough / stringy. I believe Chicken to be old and sold reheated. Chips were poor in taste and believe some were old, due to different texture. Very little salt. No hand / mouth wipes. Seems to be a regular occurrence at KFC Sebas site. Will go elsewhere from now on.
Dirty tables all around the place, staff standing around doing nothing, old dry chicken served that should of been thrown out
Felt like chicken on Saturday night. Feeding a family so thought a bucket would be the go. Sebas don't do buckets, apparently. My wife bought a box of pieces. By the time she was home (5 minute drive) the excess oil had seeped through the box & the bag & onto the car seat. The box fell apart when removing it from the bag due to being drenched, with the contents then falling through both the box & the bag. Just awful. All in all greasy, soggy, mess. We felt embarrassed that we had bought it.
As much as I love KFC, the staff at the Sebastopol store needs to speak up, so the customers can hear what they are trying to say.
Don't stress I will always love my KFC & I will return to the store again one day.
The service was absolutely pathetic, as the person didn't use a loud enough voice for the customers to hear them. Plus they keep making constant mistakes with the orders. It was very poor, but the only good thing that the restaurant was clean and nicely cooled down with the a/c on. Otherwise giving a very poor rating.
40 minutes in drive through, not happy and then to top it off gave me the wrong order. FFS disgraceful, feel for the young guys and girls working and suffering cause their management is terrible.
Staff should have the decency to attend to and clear the delivery or pick up queues. They seem to not give a toss about the queues getting longer because of this. Very frustrating, i aint going back there
Over greasy, had to ask for missing items from my order and I wasn't the only one missing items.
A like warm frozen meal would have been better value for money.
Drive thru is always slow. Have given it a miss because there was cars out onto the road.
And again, 10mins in the drive thru and i still havent been served at 9: 45 pm. On a wednesday.
Hopeless, forgot to put burger in my ultimate box. Particularly annoying when you have gone through drive through and have to drive back to store to sort it out.
Not enough staff to cover number of customers at 9 p.m. Didn't get what I ordered, chicken was dry and tough.
Not bad for a kfc. Like all fast food make sure to check your order before you leave, they can be very busy and miss items.
Always good service and they rarely mess up an order but it is slow especially the drive through during rush hours. Haven't had a problem with any of the food here and the facilities are always clean and tidy.
