KFC Sebastopol

5: 12 pm and they have no chicken cooked and keep changing how long things will be. Also kept changing our order because they didn’t have anything ready. Said things will be ready in 2 1/2 minutes but still waiting 10 minutes later. Food made at the start was cold while they cooked other food from our order. Service was pretty average at best. Whoever manages this store is not doing a very good job of it

Drive way cashier was obnoxious. Didn't seem to understand whether the meal ordered came with drinks. The burgers were disgusting to eat. They were flattened and squeezed flat.no idea why. Maybe take a lesson from mcdonalds on how to pack a burger

Got a giant feast and fed 5 people. Good location with fast service. Staff very polite here.

Ordered wicked wings through online order via app I get the wicked wings they are burnt I call they offer a replacement or a refund if you say refund you have to come in and show the food even with photo evidence of condition of food and if you say replacement you have to drive down anyway to pick it up because they will not deliver even if you originally got it delivered having paid the delivery fee. Being told on prior occasions that "your Chicken cant be undercooked it's on a timer" but continues to have the same issue

Original chicken burger very thin and small, half the size of the bun and dry.
Terrible I'm still hungry
Next time I'm going somewhere else like McDonald at least I will be full for half an hour.

One of the spacious KFC branch i have visited so far. Ambience is so good, more seats option and accessible from the main road. Good place to stop by after long drive. Of course same food choices as others, place is just more bigger and cosy look

Make sure you check what you got before leaving the store. I have to go back because they missed half of the stuff from my order! And luckily I ordered online and they can’t deny it, still the trouble and time of going back on a new year eve is not pleasant. No apology at all.

The experience was terrible. I ordered through the app and my order was shown up on the panel as being prepared for 30 mins. When I checked with the staff, the order was prepared a long time ago and no one was calling out my order number nor moving my order to complete the signage. There are missing items on the order as well. I would not recommend anyone to use the KFC app nor visiting this KFC.

Always add the perfect amount of salt to their chips. Much better than the other stores in Ballarat.

Good food but the girl today in the drive thru serving around 8: 30pm had 0 customer service skills. Was extremely rude and made faces at me. Was wearing a name tag ‘Lachlan’ but the receipt said served by Brydie.

Food is usually tasty and hot. However the staff members need to learn proper food hygiene. So many of the staff are wearing jewellery and don't have their hair tied back. Most noticeably, a girl named Jasmine was chewing chewy while serving and preparing meals. It's very off putting

I swear I get complimented every time I come here and it makes my whole week? Lovely bunch of people, occasionally get the order a little wrong but their attitudes make up for it, keep up the great work

Shocking. Always missing items from order. Chips never have any salt. Your jobs not that hard, get it right would yas?

Every time I come here something bad happens, it's not good there. Go to CANADIAN instead, they are much better. Even when it's busy they are still friendly. Here not so much

Ordered a burger meal with all the burgers being zingers! And one being a zinger bacon and cheese, GOT ORIGINAL FILLETS IN ALL OF THEM. Honestly disgusting like the family was looking forward too having a good Sunday family dinner (we all love zinger burgers) and ended up not even getting what we wanted

If I could give no stars I would, I ordered the family feast for my family through the drive-thru, everything was fine until I got to the window to receive the food an seen how disgusting the kitchen was there was chips and chicken and rubbish all over the floor and under the benches and all workers were just walking all over it and through it with not a care in the world, this place needs to be shut down for a full inspection an clean
I will not return to this KFC ever again an we put the entire meal in the bin as it all had a off smells to it

Disapointed as we ordered Giant feast and we were missing 1Large chis and Large Coleslaw.chicken was soggy as never before.
We usually check the order is right on the spot but this time we got it by Uber.

If it's fast food you want, this place is always very busy, but the quality of the food is always good

What a sight it was to see a sign for a kfc detour with an older gentleman leaning on a bobcat underneath, punching darts endlessly

Very poor service behind a person putting in a large order and wife was asked why we were eating she told the staff they were to slow
