5 stars for raw chicken! Raw chicken whaaaaat? Yep raw chicken 5 stars going once going twice sold to me wooo raw chicken

Ordered large chip light/not much salt. They put a lot of salt on that my mouth and lips feel like they're burning. Tried to call but no-one answered.

The food from this KFC was phenomanal. The food was fresh, well portioned, neatly put together. Actually looked like the pictures. Tasted great! Some of the best KFC I've had in a long time. Really was impressed.

Went through the drive through not impressed by the state of the cooking and preparation area the food which included chips nuggets and full size tenders on the floor
were being stood on kicked around avoided and walked on it was disgusting and a safety hazard you need to teach your young inexperienced lazy staff to clean up as they go to keep a food restaurant clean and safe. Also the pigeon sized pieces of poultry that you call CHICKEN was so effensive to the price I paid is not good enough never EVER again we are sticking to red rooster from now on.

Your staff member…Shaianne I think it was from memory, extraordinary crew member she is, she was soo fast with my food and was sooo polite to me. She has a lovely smile too ;)

Bad oil today.
Had black stuff on chicken with an off smell.
Seemed like it was cooked in old burn oil.
Normally pretty good

The new menu items weren't on the drive thru menu, staff couldn't explain what the new items were, wasn't really sure what I was ordering but in the end the food was good (original recipe chicken and hot and crispy tenders).

Make sure you check your order before leaving. Half the time they forget something from your order.

Will not be going back to this store. Called in on 20th June at 7.30 pm. Spent $82 on chicken chips and potato and gravy only to throw the chicken in the bin. It was was full of oil and was so salty you couldn't eat it.

Completely stuffed up our delivery order with all the items wrong. How hard is it to read an order off a screen and pack the right food? It's apparently beyond the dropkicks working at this place

Every KFC is the same.except the faces. Tonight though, the chicken was piping-hot, which was great!

Really juicey nice fresh for a change, pity you could wipe your hand on the tiny weeny pathetic excuse for a hand wipe, other than that yum

Avoid this restaurant at all costs
Waiting in line while the so called employees gossip with their friends rather than serve customers. Service in this place is terrible

It's right on the main road into Ballarat town centre. Very popular, so food is freshly turned over. Plenty parking and drive through.

Dry chicken. No cutlery pack given out with box meals. Couldnt eat the potato and gravy. No straw

Grease pit. Worst KFC I have ever tasted. Asked for no wings ha surprise surprise 2 wings in my three piece feed. Won't be going back to that KFC ever again

Biggest problem i had no gloves while handling food, especially with everything going on at the moment. They had mask but no gloves, which my understanding you have to wear while handling food.update, i have been told their only have to wear them while making burgers

So frustrating ordering via a speaker. Its hard to hear. Throw it in the bin and go back ordering at the window.
