66 Worse KFC in Melbourne. Premise poorly management floor and tables are dirty, secondly staffs are not trained properly no smiling face at all. Foods dry and tough taste like overcooked.
I Rather have Maccas next door at least they don't mess up my order.
Not the greatest KFC imho, the service is generally slow and sloppy, there doesn't seem to be any consistency with their quality of service. I have frequently had missing items from the orders I have put through or have waited excessively long for my food to be prepared.
In saying all this, occasionally I have a smooth experience so I give 3 stars.
Although wait was long due to lots of people visiting the nearby beaches, the wait was worth it as food was top notch.
Have been going here for 18 years honestly the place could be bit better food not always nice when buying out and paying good money you want good food not always the case here
Asked for extra seasoning on chips. Turns out dry and tasteless with no seasoning. How hard of a favour is that to follow?
Normal KFC food and pretty fresh however the restaurant was dirty and the bins wrre over flowing!
