KFC Rosebud

I'm sick to death of the lack of quality control with the food from Rosebud KFC I will never spend one of my quality dollars there again.

Rude customer service. Food is ok but the staff who work there look angry all the time. I understand its KFC and all but people out there not working so they should consider themselves lucky.

Staff found it hard to smile. Also overcooked chicken it was definitely not golden more chocolate brown. It made the outside hard to chew. Not happy.

Was not happy that the sign said we are open for takeaway but it's only the drive thru. A number of other people had the same issue. Do what you say, say what you do. Simple

This place is getting painted or having a new sign put up, it will improve the look of the place but not the staff incompetence.

Terrible customer service, terrible food. Always make mistakes and then they don’t follow up on it. Have been asked about my order and “offered” a refund but then ignored after that. Have paid them so many times for things I just straight up haven’t received due to incompetence. Will never ever go back. Not to mention it’s always filthy in there as average age of staff is about 14. Not even remotely sanitary, no wonder people get food poisoning.

Order ahead using the KFC app as this will save you waiting in the que! There was only 1 staff member taking orders with another loading orders. If you have forgotten to add an item or want to add on to your order, make another purchase using the app as you will need to join the que if you get to the restaurant!

The chips did not last a 10min car ride! When we got back to our holiday unit they had become soggy and lost it's freshness and shape!
The chicken pieces was mostly wings in an 8 piece value pack. No drumsticks were included either!

Have had better KFC so was a disappointing treat: (

Bad service. Always forget things in the orders and the chickens may as well come with the feathers still on.

3 meals:

1st missing the sauce, and rolls
2nd miss the great
3rd roll was flat, squash
Unbelievable!

I got a pretty big order from this place and they handled it really well and the food tasted really good.

Dry almost burnt chicken, under cooked nuggets. Soggy chips. Definitely check your meal b4 you leave

Not on par with other kfc outlets. Food here made me doubt myself whether I was eating kfc? Hell of an experience

Like most fast food on the Mornington Peninsula, the standard is terrible. Cold food, no napkins and poor customer service.

What's better than KFC? KFC at the beach! Friendly staff and enough oil to harden my arteries. Thanks Colonel!

Sorry KFC Rosebud but 3 strikes and your out!
Can't say any of our visits the last 5 times gave been satisfactory.
We simply can't win with our orders, then they just forget to simply pack napkins, spoons etc so we couldn't enjoy our lunch outside.we had to go home!
I gave you guys another chance but you seem to just not concentrate on your orders.
I'll drive the extra km to Mornington as I know ill get my order correctly.
I'd tell you to check it at the window, but it shouldn't be my job.

Terrible management, no staff training and no accountability taken by management. Seem to think watching a clock is how to provide customer service, like no, people care about quality. Getting an order done in two minutes isn't an achievement if it looks terrible and is missing items. Also its like half think they work in the school cafeteria with whispering and gossiping and cliques, while the other half think its an actual restaurant, you do realise you just serve fast food. A large number of customers are also some how the accumulation of the worst people on earth. If you have a problem, act like an adult and express it in words. Many of them just actually throw a tantrum or berate staff like thats going to get you any where with people that are handling your food.

Very efficient & quick! Food was great, staff were great! The line was long and l thought it would take forever but it was the quickest l have ever been through a drive through!

Decent place, idk what was up with the "store manager" looked like some 15 year old found the store managers high vis in the cupboard and put it on, he was also quite rude. Besides that fast service and the order was right so I can't complain.

Drove through, quick and got the order spot on (it included a couple of variations). Couldn't ask for more.
