66Staff there were professional upon me not knowing what I wanted. Patient and well mannered.
I ordered 3 pieces box in KFC Rosebud. Mash potatoes are pale than usual and tasteless. Im Not sure the tag on the package are the expired date or not? It says “22 00”
Im only be given breast chicken which is hard and dry. Im Not recommended this place.
One of the rudest girl at drive thru around 12: 30pm. Ordered just two large fried (order number 1167) asked the girl to add one ketchup packet. She just nodded her head! And there were not even a single tissue. She shut the driving window.
Please don't just work for money!
Food was usual KFC fare. I don't buy it often due to intolerances. I was not happy to find they're switching all their soft drinks to No Sugar drinks. I hate the taste of sweeteners and when I buy soft drink once a month I'm choosing a sugar treat on purpose. I had to ask for the coleslaw I'd ordered. Just as well I checked before driving off. Then I got to where I wanted to eat it and found there was nothing to eat it with and no serviette so I had to go home to eat instead of sitting by the beach.
I will not be ordering from you again I am not happy with having to call the restaurant to get missing items that were not delivered by menulog when I called I was given the choice of store credit or try getting a refund from menulog I chose to get a delivery I shouldn't have to drive to the restaurant to chase my order
Terrible experience.
Waited 25 minutes for my meal, then the chicken tenders were definitely NOT tender and the chips were cold.
The entire restaurant was dirty, floors and tables.
One toilet was out of order and the other looked, a d smelled, like it hadn't been cleaned for a week. Toilet paper piled up on the floor by the toilet, urine all over the toilet and floor all the way to the door. Totally disgusting.
Really disappointed, order was wrong, the staff member at the second window was rude & abrupt. Drove back once realised order was wrong, same girl as last time “fixed” the order, didn’t apologise, was abrupt & rude again.
Never felt the need to write a review in my life but that was just unnecessary and I feel like the owners need to be made aware and maybe hire better management.
To be fair, food taste pretty good though.
Wait time was average an 1hour and 30 mins, people are trying to feed there family’s.
Staff are mucking around and talking to friends and not doing their job properly. Seems the manager has no control. Needs Retraining asap
Ordered on the app and food was prepared pretty quickly, order was correct and got to listen to foo fighters and tool while dining in with the family. Keep it up boys.
They constantly run out of chicken was and the store is always filthy.started going to KFC Hastings instead for my KFC fix.

Serious issue from either upper management or training. Store is understocked & a mess. The bathrooms are worst I've probably ever seen. Honestly surprised they haven't been shut down yet.
Unfortunately I can't give it more than 2 stars. We come to rosebud several times a year for holidays and each time the food is either old or it takes forever to get our food or the order is wrong. The other day we tried to find a place to sit but all the tables were so dirty and so were the floors. There was food on the floor and the chairs were greasy. Hopefully the next time we pass by the state of kfc will be a bit better.
Overcooked chicken. 35 min wait and drive through wasn't working. Restaurant messy with rubbish everywhere
We went in the shop and ordered our food yesterday 22nd of May around 3.45pm the girl was friendly and helpful as we were trying to find a clean table we asked the girl at the counter if we can have a table cleaned she said sure so we sat down and waited and no-one came to clean in the meantime we looked around at the work area and I must admit I haven't seen a dirtier KFC in my life it was discussing.
Never again I'd go there.
This store is a disaster, I feel sorry for the kids working here as there clearly isn’t anyone managing them. The store looks like a bomb hit its and the bathrooms are apocalyptic.
Long wait in drive through, and chicken was a bit on the oily side. Will still go back nonetheless haha
Bought 10 PC's of chicken and 2 large chips last night (9/5). Very greasy chicken and soggy chips, couldn't recommend this restaurant.
We usually order via the KFC app and use the drive thru. Fast service and freshly cooked chicken makes this one our favourite guilty pleasures (chips can be a bit hit and miss at times).
Hands down the worst; I don't think I've ever received the complete proper order, and with it being currently drive-through, having to go back and line up is painful.
Service was great i was especially impressed with the customer service of a strapping young lad of about 5.4 in height with glasses constructed my burger to perfection
