KFC Reservoir

This KFC has been consistently good for sometime now, but saturday was a total flop for us, streetwise feast missing strips, 4 out of 6 pieces of chicken were so tiny, chips half full and to top it all off no sauces or serviettes, i didn"t go back as i do feel sorry for the young kids when there so busy

Using menulog to order; I've ordered via menulog 3 times and every time I don't receive all of my items.
This time it was 3 items of $8 value that just didn't come.
Menulog have offered me a voucher as an apology, but it shouldn't be them who has to pay for this restaurants failures every time you leave items out.

Sure the rest of my food was fine and arrived on time, it hardly makes up for being ripped off however.

Do not order via Menulog, you will not get everything you paid for.

Never opens on time and I give order for i5 wicked wings when I go home and checked it out it's only 10 wings in it

I got a zinger with cheese and super charge sauce they forgot the cheese and super charged sauce and the mayo lol. Just zinger fillet with lettuce in bread. Worst.

This place is alright sometimes they can get your order wrong the only thing bad that happen was when i ordered food here it was so pink inside i dont think it was cooked at all

Food is great. Place needs some cleaning and staff has a long way to go in terms with customer service.

These two stars only goes to the staff who did everything they could & still couldn’t satisfy us. Kfc u want to make millions of dollars while poor staff struggle to keep up with the busy hours pressure. Shame on you.

Requested order to be freshly cooked, what a joke all they did was double cooked what they had on the shelf, lied to me that it was freshly cooked when in fact the order was disgusting. Manager on duty didn't care less about the issue when i called to complain. If i could give 0 stars i would have. Stay away from this store.

UnHygienic, the restaurant stinks, floor is sticky, tables and seats filthy. Only one person serving with a line out the door. Disgusting place, I don't recommend.

It's kind of dingy and the staff give off an air of being mostly disinterested but the chicken is as good and fast as any other KFC and the staff might not be paid/treated well so, well, it is what it is.

It's KFC. I hope the guys who worked behind the counters were less stressed. Sometimes the chicken is just tasteless!

Food quality is good but service has a long way to go. Barely any eye contact or undivided attention when ordering. Train your workers to provide better customer service or hire better workers.

Its can be a long wait and the driver throw gets severed quicker then inside the shop this is something that needs fixing.

We asked for all our food but didn’t, they forgot our large chips and our 4 frozen drinks and our chicken was cold.
