KFC Reservoir

I’ve been here in the past and had some of the best KFC ever, but last nights food was mediocre. Not enough seasoning on some old chips, and the chicken was cold and soggy. However it is so good to see that KFC has finally switched to paper packaging for their utensils which are also now make from biodegradable wood. It took you guys a good while but props on the change.

Worst food ever.too much oil in chicken. The store not at all clean. Every table has dirt. Unhygenic place.dont try to enter the KFC reservoir. Everything worse

How hard is it? Order 2 meals and a slider and no slider in the bag. Would come back but no receipt in the bag.

Extremely poor customer service and manager is rude and lazy

Their tower burger had like a litre of mayo on it and about a 20c size of the tower sauce! Potato and gravy was like custard!

Pretty good actually, I'd missed the speaker to order. Unfortunately the windows, they're not staffed for whatever reason, thinking that I'd be told to wait out the front of store, but she (manager) didn't do that to my surprise. Took my order and went about promptly getting it, I apologized for my mix up but was assured it was okay. Nice work with Public relations, will return.

Worst KFC in all of Melbourne, actually its becoming legendary for how bad it is. The chicken and burgers are almost always stale and the service is average at best. It's one saving grace is that its situated in Reservoir where people's expectations are very low.

They did my order to quickly when i come to kfc i usually expect my wait to be around 30-40 mins. But here i waited like 1 min probably even 30 seconds i was not counting. My chips here were also fresh. Worst service KFC Coburg is better no cap

Always finger lickin good. Just they forgot a lrg chips, so i went back with the food and not only they gave me the chips, but also gave me 2 chocolate puddings (cause i had a large order for 3 people) and they were delicious. Thank you and will continue to come here.

The 15 pieces for $10 for the wicked wings I thought was a good offer, then i felt ripped off for $3: 15 for a can of solo. Really? Its just a small can bot a 1.25 l bottle.

The food is consistent with other KFC's, quite tasty. The staff have messed up little things on the order every time I have gone in, ie: missing sauces etc.

The food is the same as any other KFC. Only issue is that the staff forget to put all of your order in the bag. Always check the order before you leave the store.

Not impressed by the service. Two people served me and I had to tell both that a drink was included in the 3 piece box

The food is great like every Melbourne KF'a, but in-store I felt negatively judged all too often by snotty nosed brats.
Probably steer clear of the bacon for best portion size to respect the culture.

Yum yum but sometimes not so yum. Staff are keen to chat amongst themselves which is annoying but whatevs.

Really bad customer service, make sure you check your full order is there when going through drive through!

They're a bit skimpy on chips, literally only half filled. They also forgot my drinks but apart from that they're all g.

Best KFC I had so far. Drive through experience was great. Professional and fast staff. They were happy to adjust my order to what I wanted. The order was correct and fresh. I wish It was close to my house!

Had food poisoning here for the second time in 6 months. I dont know how their food is stored/prepared but i definately wont be back.be warned.

Service was pathetic. Kept customers on waiting while they were cleaning near the counter area. No respect for customers. Toilets are gross, uncleaned, puddle of water in toilets. Date: 7/2/20. Time around 8.30- 9.30pm. Never recommend.
