Just got a twister and it is the most disgusting thing I have ever seen looks like it was made hours ago so much for quality and freshness

Very rude staff and the customer is not great at all no good food at all we recommend people not to go there at all times ps. What happened your food was fantastic in the past not now you need to get back on track from now on

Chips were good. Got a three piece deal. More like a 2 piece meal with two of the pieces being so small.

The chips were cold
The chicken wings were small
The gravy were watery
Normally this is a good KFC and only tonight I have struck it bad for the 1st time

This kfc staffs don’t care about customer service. Every time I go there, they don’t serve me well. What’s wrong with them? May be I will stop going there next time. Really disappointed with the service. I want to give even 0 stars. Not even 1.

Appallingly tiny wicked wings left me feeling disappointed after looking forward to a special treat.
All 3 wicked wings i got as part of my boxed meal were underwhelming in size.

Dont get them on a busy day too, you might be in for a shock!

Food was stale, service is poor and upon complaining about the same managers hangs up the phone stating they can't hear anything. Given loud music at their side.unprofessional running the show.

Was having dinner at 10: 30pm in the restaurant.
The staff was banging the doors very loud again and again, shouting, laughing loud so that the customer will leave early.
Is this the way they treat customers and can’t have their food smoothly?

Staff really don't pay attention to what we ask for and it's too late because we get take away just simple things like no wings in a 3 piece box but they still put after even asking them when you getting the food or no spoons in the box we use this store regularly for work mates but lately orders not getting the correct things inside might need to try other stores

I ordered lunch for my kids and myslef delivered.

The door dash driver took 25 minutes to drive just 1100 meters, I watched him drive on the map 2.5 kilometres and then to my house.

Ofcoarse the food was cold.

Kfc's resolve was to give me a small refund.
There is no way I will eat chicken that has gone cold in an unknown environment and definitely not going to let me twin 3.5 year olds eat it.

The refund didn't even cover the cost of the chicken.

Out of spite I have been buying food, delivered/picked up/ate in in any other establishment and will continue to do so due the terrible refund that didn't cover the cost of the food that was necessarily discarded.

The food is good quality from this KFC but DO NOT get it delivered

We asked prior ordering and they told us that we can eat our food inside the store (Which was super bad btw even considering it is Junk / Fast / Comfort food) BUT kept reminding us that we have to finish within minutes - Wish there was a Zero star

Who doesn't crave a KFC fix every now and then. Quick, hot and yummy. What else could you ask for? We sat in for a change and it was clean and comfy.

It's okay. Decent service etc.as far as KFC goes. Quality of the chicken is slightly better than many KFCs though like all KFCs the fillets in the burgers are laughably small in size. I'd recommend ordering the Wicked Wings and avoiding the burgers.

Neat and clean store compared to other KFCs nearby. Definitely quick service. We tried crunchy zinger bowl for the first time and it tasted so yummy. Nice addition! And as usual we have one zinger box, though not fan of KFC's burger but overall alright.

Slow and disorganised. Frequently get orders wrong
Fails to adjust staffing numbers to peak times. Grotty and unclean. The only thing active here are the blowflies crawling around the tables and chairs and even many of these insects appear to be deceased from a lack of service. Fly solution? My order was apparently taken by another customer leading to further waits. Well done guys. No order board that displays number they are up to. Order was eventually redone and noone even said when it was ready. Serving staff distracted, unable to cope and lack basic communication skills.

The chips were black in colour and most of them were not cooked.

Wicked had black spots. Are they selling rotten food?

This staff here are pathetic, tried to place an order through the drive through at 9.30pm. I was questioned whether I was an essential worker or a delivery driver. Hmm, strange? I think that they just didn’t want to take my money! Steer clear of this KFC, staff don’t like doing their jobs!

Got a 3 piece feed and must admit that the chicken tasted moist, juicy and fresh. Maybe the oil was changed or mayne it has been so long that I forgot the taste. It was the best KFC i have had in ages.

Excellent food, kind staff, the drive in was overcrowded and a long line in a tight street, so took longer than expected, although I think it's caused by the curfew.
Excellent value comfort food.

Wasted $50 last night 30th of July, very bad service all round and both chicken and chips were VERY soggy.
Drinks were missing in our order too.
Lazy, incompetent staff, never going back
