When I first walked in the staff were too busy mucking around laughing. I was missing a potato and gravy and had to go back, to then witness a customer given the wrong flavoured drink, then he had to go back because his order was wrong, how many mistakes do they have to get wrong before they get it right. Judging by the feedbacks management needs a kick up the backside, wakeup and watch what the staff are doing, the worst kfc store I have ever been in. At least 90% of all drive through orders have something missing. How hard is it guys to give a customer 100% of what they paid for. I rarely slam anyone with a one star review, but in this case it is well deserved.

This is disgusting. The staff were slow, order was feral, chips burnt, limp, not enough salt even though i asked for extra, burger cold, chicken cold, staff partying, one picked her nose, floor was filthy, broom across a grease cover floor laden with salt and chips, watched a staff member throw food on the floor. STAY AWAY. I will be contacting the department of health in the morning. Review needed. This kfc should not be operating.

Very poor management i bought there large zingerbax they put small chips and an asked for sauce she said it in the box but it was a lie

Ordered a 3 piece meal, 2 hot rods with a extra dinner roll, didn't receive the extra dinner roll! Asked for 2 drums and a thigh, i revived a thigh, drum and wing No! No cutlery what so ever! They weren't even busy dont no y they messed a simple order up! 2time!

The staff (except 1) were completely disinterested and the back of house staff sounded like they were having a wild party and Konga line going, incredibly unprofessional. When I worked at McDonalds 'back in the day' we would have had written warnings for that behaviour. There is no excuse for this. Management needs to clearly manage their staff better

Do they check whether the order is complete in the bag before giving it to the customer?
I have ordered from this place twice, second time and this will be the last time I ever purchase from this place again. Probably the worse KFC I've ever had. Why is the chicken so dry and there was a huge black spot on one of the wings and it looked like mold thats soggy into the chicken.
The first time they forgot to give my my gravy and chips and got home realizing that.
Now i just ordered from menulog and they didn't give me my drink.

Absolutely disgusting, avoid. It looked great but it was the first and last time I ever went there, I wanted it to be a success as it's 2 Min away. Sadly the people there have zero clue.

Worst kfc I have ever been. Twice I have been here as the one in bp officer was closed. I was hesitant to come around second time because first time I came food was stone cold. Chicken popcorn was mix with something else as well and the taste is really bad than other kfc. The second time I came its even worst! The 10 wings I ordered they gave me 8 wings and replaced a chicken without informing me and the Chicken popcorn was mixed with nuggets. Staff training is very bad here, also the way they cook food is very different from other KFC. Will not bother driving extra mile rather than going here. Management needs to do something and to check quality as too many complains already from customers,

A little let down by service this time around.
Ordered at the drive through. Read order on the screen all good.
Went to pay and when they confirmed tge order it was wrong. We corrected it and paid.
Moved to next window, I opened the box and didn't see the extra large chips I ordered, so I asked the girl if she put them in the family box and she replied Yes I put them in there myself, so I handed the box back and said so how many chips are in there?
She gave back a box and a bag that funny enough had the extra sides that were ordered.
I don't mind mistakes but don't lie to the customer just say I think they are I will check and then fix it.
