KFC Officer Arena

I find the reviews for this KFC to be very misleading, I've been going to this KFC since it opened as it's much closer to me, I do love my KFC and get it approx fortnightly. My food is always correct, my food is always fresh and tasty, the staff have always been friendly and I never wait long, I order via drive through and online delivery.

The LONGEST wait in drive through in the history of fast food restaurants. Don’t even bother. Had run out of tenders and bread rolls as well. Don’t even bother with this store.

Dried Chicken, been sitting don't know for how long! Salty chips and everytime inconsistent, lived in Officer, rather drived to kfc Pakenham which is always good in quality and service!

Ordered a meal for delivery. Only to wait an hour later to be told KFC closed. Like honestly what a waste of my time and having to wait 7 days for my refund

Went there once and never again.management was terrible, leaving the staff to be on their own.staff was outright rude and frankly sloppy.was yelled t by a staff member for asking for sauce.cold chips and incorrect portions.overall horrible experience.

When you first opened your pieces of chicken were a good size. My last three visits the pieces have dramatically dropped in size. To a below standard. Will be trying Red Rooster now

Every time I go there the service is slow, never saw a manger or a supervisor at the front counter. The other one in pakenham is much better in service.

I’ve been here multiple times each month and the consistently have a dirty lobby, dirty toilets, dirty dining area and never make an attempt to clean their store. When ordering food, items are consistently missing, chips are rarely even salted and food is cold or lukewarm most of the time. This store makes the others in Pakenham and on the freeway look like 5 star restaurants.

The sign at front of this shop states $4.95 fill up box, inside they are just saying the promo finished just like that a week early but they can’t take the sign off because it is supposed to be on going for another week? The chips are not always seasoned and you never know what you will get…

Worst KFC in Australia. Bought food two times and both times and on both occasions chicken pieces missing. Today (12/8/2021) they gave me 9 pieces instead of 10. By reading other reviews I realise that they are doing it purposely. Shame on you KFC for not acting on this. You are loosing your reputation because of this branch. Don't think that your reputation is the license to do whatever you wish. You will loose your customer base very soon. Remember that there are other options too. Please act on this ASAP. Appoint some quality staff.

Don't know where should I start. I went to this kfc two times.
1st times went inside to place order. All teenagers who doest know what they are doing taking at the back while customer waiting at front to place order, music was so loud that you have to scream or yell out loud to place an order.
2nd time used drive through girl on speaker was so rude she was doing on purposes. Anyway order chicken nuggets they were half cooked few on them were so hot but underneath was cold. I would say to people's go to KFC Pakenham instead. This kfc is shame and rest rating says all.

Yeah the “Worlds Worst KFC”. They can get an award.
Best to look for other KFCs around. Bet it will be worth the search but not this one.

Slowest place ever and the music was so loud they couldn't hear me order.felt like 10 people workin out the back all standing there talking.bunch of teenagers which is ok but no managers there clearly to make them accountable

They've run out of chicken the last 3 times we've been there. It's Kentucky fried CHICKEN!

Update: thought we'd give them one more chance a month later and still no chicken at 5.30pm. Req to wait 25 minutes if we want chicken pieces and tenders. Honestly just don't bother with this branch.drive the extra 10 mins to the pakenham branch where there's always fast food served reasonably fast even with high traffic

Any time we come here there's always at least three things missing, there's what I assume is a manager with messy platinum blonde hair that doesnt wear gloves, doesnt wear a mask properly, and doesnt wear any hair covering, the staff are rude and the food is subpar.so, in summary, bad service both food and people; and horrendous hygiene. I do not recommend going here, I recommend driving 5 to 15 minutes to the other KFC down the road.

Worst restaurant out, if you want to eat DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Constantly missing items, squashed food, overcooked chicken, seriously this is your main item! Absolute disgrace of a restaurant. Will NOT order from here again!

Once again and for the last time - I arrive home only to discover parts of my order is missing.

Unfortunately there is no way to give 0 stars. Have ordered from here thrice and each time they gave an incomplete order with items missing. When you go back and tell them, they are ready with the extra items and it looks like it's done deliberately.
The food is another negative with the chicken being fried and refried in reused oil. You can instantly get the smell of reused oil as soon as you open the box.
A definite avoid and never going back to this KFC

I wish I’d read the reviews before I went there; the place was the dirtiest restaurant I’ve ever been in. The toilet walls and floor clearly hadn’t been cleaned for days (I went to wash my hands after sitting at the table.) ; the tables were disgusting - we sat at the ‘cleanest’ but it was still dirty.
Food order was served without: sauce, napkins, wet wipes and drinks. Had to go back to ask for them from the stroppy attendant.

We will NOT be going there again.

Rude staff, No service
The girl with glasses taking the orders on drive through doesn’t have time to listen because I have already placed my order online with a mistake. She closes the serving window on my face twice asking me to leave and sort it out inside the store in a rude way. Picked up the my order to find it short.
I am happy to drive to Pakenham branch next time for better service.
