The worst KFC I have ever dealt with, restaurant filthy, and the staff have no idea what is going on, me and many other customers waiting over half an hour for food, mad Uber drivers waiting too, what a joke.

If I could give it a minus I would. Some of the staff have no idea. 6 to 8 young men making so much noise one on his bike in the store. Tables were filthy asked 1 young lady could we have it cleaned she just walk on away. Whole order was messed up. 3 piece chicken real greasy and bad taste. No wipe spoon or serviettes. No bread roll. Store was dirty etc etc

Asked 4 times for a bacon and cheese original, after re making it twice because they gave me a zinger I get home to find it is a zinger. Seriously how hard is it? Tried to call no answer tried to call again and no answer. I get they are kids but when you ask for something for a 7 year old and they give you a spicy burger after being corrected multiple times you kinda think it’ll be done.

I orded two original chicken pieces for my son and staff served us with little stuff that left in the tray. Very poor service.

Got a large zinger burger
Chip box was half full

Chicken was cold and dry and missing half its coating
The coating on the chicken was gluggy and had like a paste texture to it
Zinger had no zing to it at all

The staff tho were friendly and welcoming just the food sucks

Assembly of food was very poor, food itself not terrible in flavour of freshness (with the exception of potato and grave which had sticker removed). I'm also quite annoyed at the fact a paper receipt wasn't offered, or even available upon request.

I have been going here since it opened and never really had an issue until Friday 16th June. Had to wait 10 mins just to ve served and no one was in front of me. Then it took a further 25 mins to get my meal which was wrong. There didn't seem to be any senior management organising things, just a lot of teens trying to bluff their way thru. Drive thru were queued up and in the restaurant their would have been at least 15 people waiting who were also making comments on the bad service and the running of things.

I waited in drive through for almost 15mins before parking to go order inside. While inside there was 3 people ahead of me and 2 young guys behind the counter. I stood there for another 15 mins and no one had been served so I walked out! Worst customer service experience do not recommend

Nearly every time I order delivery from this store I have missing items and need to apply for doordash credit. Doordash's prompt help service is the only reason I keep ordering from here

Was around 6pm was getting a family dinner pack i walked into the store and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a week you couldn't sit at any table without food scarps on the tables and the floor it was bad, the service was slow only to eventually be told there was no chicken and it would be about 30 minutes (mmm chicken store with no chicken) POOR EFFORT, so I ordered a burger box thinking this would be quicker WRONG still took about 25 minutes and it wasn't all that, cold under cooked chips and the burger breast was very dry, there were at least 6 delivery drivers waiting for order pick ups, I don't think I'll be going back to that store any time soon

Chicken are so good, juicy and tasty unlike other kfc branch.staff are really nice and approachable…place is clean

Waited 28 min for food after ordering in the drive thru, disgusting service staff were in no hurry and talking to each other and looked lost
Management nowhere to be seen and kid’s left running the store now

Beautifully cooked chicken and extremely friendly service, they always serve my food with a smile and seem to be enjoying there work.

We placed an order via the KFC app and it was missing an item. We called the shop and the lady who answered the phone hung up on me.

We will file a complaint.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! The assistant manager and staff didn’t have any clue about the online order i placed.i showed them the order details on my phone multiple times and they still couldnt find the order. After wasting 15 minutes, i asked them to forget about it and just placed a new order. ASM asked me to go back to the speaker and place order at the speaker again.extremely rude and staff act like clowns in there. Joke of a place! Visited between 10.25 - 10.45pm 28/01/22.

Worst drive thru ever, we had to park in the parking lot for half an hour. Cold food. Don't even bother going.

Went new years eve at 530 pm. You'd think at dinner time the food would be fresh and hot and juicy, it wasn't. The nuggets looked, felt and tasted like they were cooked at lunch time, - hard & dry. We threw them out they were that bad. The chicken and Popcorn chicken were also dry and either overcooked or the oil hasn't been changed for quite some time. We didn't eat all of them either. Pretty sure we won't be back to this one.

I was served promptly and my meal delivered quickly. It seemed almost a return to the old days. The chicken was fresh.

Just went through at 1045pm. Ordered zinger crunch box. Mising burger, cold out of time wicked wings, stale chips
Worst kfc meal ever had.
2 stars coz it was quick.
Wife rang through the issue. Let's see if they acknowledge and replace.
