KFC Nunawading

Ordered 15 wicked wings for $10 and picked up at drive thru. Got home then found out there are only 10 wings. Ring the store and they ask me to come back so I am paying for this mistake. Disgusting. Always count your food before leaving because they don't worth the trust.

Ordered meal through the app and the wrong meal arrived. Still haven't been reimbursed. Horrible customer service.

Actually have to say I am quite impressed!

I see a lot of negative reviews here but I had a good experience.

I'd never been to this location before as I am fairly new to the area and got served by a young lady by the name of Alannah? She was bubbly, happy and smiling when taking my order, and after waiting for my wicked wings, she apologised politely for the wait. Whenever I'd go to the KFC in my old area, they'd almost always forget something - whether it was the chilli jam in the burger, wings etc, but the team at Nunawading store managed to get my order correct and the chicken was reaalllly good. Not dry, but so flavoursome. I know in "fast food" everything is fast-paced and under pressure, but it doesn't take much to put a smile on and be pleasant to your customers, and that's what I received.

Kudos KFC Nunawading! And props to Alannah for being pleasant to deal with (as so many over-the-counter servers couldn't seem to care less).

After waiting for almost 30 minutes, I missed a chicken wing. It’s not the orderer’s mistake. The kitchen is too slow. Bad review

When ordering from this store they always forget to add items that should be included.
Half the food is always missing, also it's badly packed and there is never any serviettes or anything to eat your food with. Also when calling to complain again that this has happened, I was greeted on the phone with rudeness.

Sort your staff out!

The delivery fee is also disgusting for such rubbish service.

Quick service. The staff taking the orders at the window could do with a little more customer focus training rather than making their customers feel like they are an inconvenience to the employees that they are there ordering.

They’re a bit slow sometimes even when its pret quiet. Which is fair enough, its a fast food chain. They do however provide the goods, but should be better trained when they expect lunch/dinner rushes

Absolutely filthy! The staff that work there are extremely unhygienic. Whilst I was waiting for my food, a lady with glasses and black hair, I believe the name was "Kelly" touched my food with her bear hand. I am appalled and disgusted. Do not recommend this store whatsoever.

My family love KFC, so I always buy 21 receipt chicken pack. However, there were always, always, always missing items in this store.

Waited 35 minutes for chicken. They didn't give us chicken and forgot we were parked right outside the door. The chicken was not the only missing item. I've called 50 times to an engaged phone. Obviously others are complaining. Don't order from here and expect what you ordered or quality hot food. The chips are half raw.

We ordered a family package, They made us wait 15 mins at the drive thru for the twisters to be ready, we got our meal with no Twisters in the end. We only found out when we got home. Very disappointing

A typical KFC with great service and food. But, on my visit today it was really bad. I've been told to wait for 15mins for fresh wicked wings, which I've waited for 25mins. And then, they had my hot and spicy dinner pack as all original.
Super upset and disappointed, especially during this lockdown stage 4 in Melbourne.

We get takeout once a week if that. I swear every visit we have to go back as they’ve missed something in our order. A couple of times we had gotten home and realised something missing but by then you are over it so we didn’t go back. Just then my hubby had to go through drive through twice because they missed something but then even when he got home my son was short changed with his nuggets! We just can’t work out why it’s so bad! The staff are very friendly though!

Although the service was friendly they stuffed the order up otherwise the food was hot and fresh.

Worst KFC I have ever visited. Took 20 mins to get my order and there people just standing around

Dis place very nice family deal, how we get the deal lady talk about, she only explain 1 time, did not get all that info, very recommend for food

Handy to the chicken lovers- right so close to the station! Very handy indeed. It has been around for a long time!

Good food but the place is unkempt and customer service shoddy. No one at the counter most of the time. Pretty lame experience.

Good place for a quick stop to get some food but on my visit one of the staff was rude and refuse to sell me one of the product that they were selling and promoting though billboards saying that they did not have have any more.

Food was ok, but staff need to be more proactive in removing rubbish and cleaning tables in dining area
