KFC Nunawading

Been in Australia a month now, decided to try KFC in this country for the first time and this is the nearest one from home. Did not read the reviews before I went, but now find that my experience today was similar to those negative reviews.

Staff called out my name with a box of food I ordered. She forgot about the drink, forgot about the serviettes, and the spoon for the potato and gravy. When I went back to ask for those, she just handed to me without apology. The burger was not wrapped up properly. Such a simple job they couldn't do it right. I think the worse I had in NZ would've been better than this one. I don't think the staff here enjoy working here at all. They are not rude, it's just that as a customer, you don't feel you're welcomed at all.

Consistently average, 9 times out of 10 lukewarm and never noticeably fresh

No self serve kiosks, the staff member who took my order the last 2 visits had a smug expression and seemed disinterested

Fast food, get in (or drive through), get food, get out. Don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed.

Over priced would not recommend horrible several girl was rude no good, slurpee was just syrup! And the floor has dirt and chicken everywhere! Actually disgusting service, and they’re out of Pepsi freeze. Will not be coming here ever again

Poor service. Ordered online and it took forever for the order to be ready for pick up. Not recommend

Staff are a bit unenthusiastic but understandable when youre working at kfc, all I need is a zinger box. That is all

Relatively good KFC. Chips were great. Dinner roll could have been slightly better.

Seating area feels a bit mediocre if eating in the store.

I got a zinger box and the burger was raw I took it back and spoke to the manager and she told me that it was the marinade of the chicken, I’ve had zinger boxes before and not once was the marinade pink

Would definitely stay away from this branch. Visited at around 8pm which wasn't busy at all. Ordered cheap as chips, kindly asking for no wings. Typically, they'd mention if they could fulfil it or not (or telling me they will try their best) but the server simply nodded and said it was fine. However, I received 5 wings and only one drumstick, plus the nuggets were missing! Poor stuff considering it was not busy at all! Pretty certain they just chucked in the remainders from the day. Avoid at all cost.

Very slow staff, there was a massive line up at the counters and staff didnt seem to notice as if they didnt wanted to work and were getting paid for free.

Reluctant to give even 1 dreadfully rude staff, including the manager, window slammed in my face, insincere apology given and pathetic excuse provided as to why there was no notice on the windows that you may have to wait longer than normal, since when is it not allowed to provide the customer with some information regarding the problems of short-staffed issues I mean they can tell you to stay 1.5 metres apart by signals. Not going back not recommending this KFC.

Floors were covered in food scraps, tables unwashed and sticky, toilets had toilet paper all over the floor. It was disgusting.

Got a order of zinger, bun and chicken was extremely dry and tasted stale, has to be a burger made a while ago, and just served, my only meal through the day as was very busy with work and still could not finish even though I was so hungry, really the worst burger I had

I have been there several times. And average is 3 star. Yesterday there was not a manager or assistant manager in site. The poor staff whose average age was 16 could not cope. The average waiting time was 25 mins. Orders were wrong and the staff were getting upset customers voicing opinions, where were managers? Or assistant managers. Pay your staff a 50 dollar bonus for last night I will delete this.

Very average just another one in the door! Wasn’t a very welcoming experience just rushed through the order and didn’t have everything on the menu.
Couldn’t believe it was cash only with no eftpos.was abit of a joke.
I would avoid this KFC if I had other options

Came in around 8pm and the place was super quiet and seemed unwelcoming. Staff looked overworked and food took over 15mins to prepare. The drive through wasn't much better as the cars were stuck waiting for the same amount of time.

Whoever works here I think have legitimate brain damage, all the 5 stars and above 2 ratings are either lying or they’ve been paid more to do so by the manager there, whoever is manager too should be sacked and replaced with someone who has at least 10% brainpower

The best KFC is the area. Very rarely get your order wrong. Food consistently good. Unfortunately there is quite a variation between a average KFC and a good one. This one is tops…

Had the worst KFC ever Tuesday 2nd Feb.roughly 5: 30pm. What's going on KFC? Not happy at all! Purchased Family Feast, we consumed 4 pieces, threw out the rest. Colonel Sanders would be turning in his grave.

Got 2 double chicken tender burg combos. They were dreadful. Tenders were both tiny. Different than normal chicken. No salt on chips. These are usually my favourite. Extremely disappointed.
