67Have not been to KFC now recalled Kentucky Fried Chicken for a very long time. I went there tonight for a change, I deeply regretted my decision. The Colonel, whom this particular outlet had a massive picture of on their wall, would turn in his grave at the slop these guys are serving as Fried Chicken these days. Dry and inedible and tastless, to top it off, I got a 6 piece chicken pack and three of the pieces should not be considered pieces but more like a 1/4 piece. Promptly returned the meal and got my money back. Goodbye, never again, even if they were the only thing open I just don't understand how other people are still going there.
I have been coming to this KFC for a few years now. Unfortunately, this particular one is way too inconsistent. There are times where the service and food are great, but then there are other times where food is missing from order, customer service isn’t great, or I’ve been given the wrong thing. I also find that on multiple occasions they will be out of food well before closing time. Honestly, at least 7/10 times something will be wrong with the order or my experience in going there. I have now started going to another KFC even though it’s further away.
Disappointingly slow service tonight- appeared to be well under staffed for the amount of drive thru cars and customers in store waiting.
Add to the 3 - 4 delivery drivers waiting as well.
However, the food was ok and the young guy running both front and back was trying at least.
1st Friday night out of lock down - poor scheduling of staff
Went in the other night just to grab dinner as I had worked the late shift with my partner got home around 1130 meant to be original Burger was completely the wrong burger box meal was all squashed up everything was cold and customer service was shocking when I rang back and it was just time wasted this is a continuing issue with KFC Springvale as I’ve had Uber eats from the restaurant every single time issue item missing or never turned up. Now having to go to the store and more problems it’s just nuts
The food is bad, but the managers make up for it by trying and gaslight you then laugh when you call them out on their bad behaviour. They're a bit psycho, but you get some funny stories out of it. Call every time there is a problem, and make them do some work for a change.
Food was standard for KFC. It would be nice if the staff greeting included something other than "next".
Awful food! Not sure how they destroy the Colonel's food but they have a talent at this store. The Vermont and Burwood KFC's are not too far away and they're great. This place makes chips cold and soggy, my fillet burger had too much or not enough sauce. I tried them a second time and consistently not up to standard. Change your oil!
Did a Menulog zinger box order on 12/11/21 afternoon. The zinger burgher buns was soggy and sticky and crushed. The chicken pattie itself was not cooked all the way through. No pink was visible but it felt like rubber and raw. First time ever this has happend with KFC Nunawading. Their food have always been ok till today in my experience. Did not realise the burgher was half cooked till couple of bites into it and now have got stomache problems and feeling sick.
I ordered from the mobile app 5: 30pm, got the drive through around 5: 40pm and was told that the chicken needs 20mins wait. We were hungry but we could understand it’s around dinner time they must be busy. After 40 mins sitting in the car waiting with hunger, we have nothing. Finally I decided to go to drive through again (to minimize contact), the girl at the drive through had no recollection and said she couldn’t find our order. As directed we went into the store and asked about our order. There were other people having same problem too. They took our order again and we stood in the store waited for another 20mins. Another customer said she couldn’t wait for any longer and she got her order soon after. I don’t think I will order again, what’s the point of making an order that is going to leave us hungry?
I am a delivery driver of Doordarsh and I got 3 deliverird and there is one girl taking the orders with some pink hairs having a bit attitude and all the 3 times she told me we don't have material for making orders. Actually without saw the order. I think she don't want to do work. So she waste our time and she ruins the Nunawading KFC franchise. So I request the manager to look about it. Thanks coming there most of times all other staff is very friendly and responsible. But I believe she got attitude for no reason. Thanks
Today was a busy day at KFC, but the staff handled it beautifully, food was hot and delicious, definitely worth the drive to this store.

Really disappointed in the quality of food from KFC. I don't go anymore. Chicken is dry and hard. Tastes bad. As if it's been sitting in a warmer for half a day. Not even remotely fresh.
Last time I ordered chicken, they tried to hand over the chicken in an oily box. I asked for a bag.
Really need to step up your game. I'm sure I'm not the only one that has stopped going.
Staff do not listen to instructions. Have requested 2 rib pieces and gave me a drum and a thigh. Do not recommend and will not come back
Just put through a massive order with heaps of special requests and received stellar service from Zoe. Always have good service here and never had a mistake.
The food was mediocre at best. Staff feel down and out and need better support from KFC Australia.

But very disappointed at the reviews about teenagers. Like if there young then they are probs still learning. So please stop being rude cause if ur rude it could go the wrong way so please show some respect this place deserves 5 stars! Stay safe and follow governments advice

The staff do not know how to count. I ordered 18 wings and they gave me 12. This is the second time.

Recently there's hardly any salt on the chips. And if I don't ask for freshly cooked chicken I get dry chicken! Paper straws are horrendous and go soggy (everyone who has paper straws need to find a different option like those eco ones even offer them with a price)
Customer service isn't the best always. But mostly it's okay.
Ordered a Family Feast because the kids need the box for art. But was given a paper bag siting they don't do it olin this outlet as advertised.
