KFC Narre Warren

Not a great amount of quality control here, the chicken tastes like its been sitting under a heat lamp all day rather than made fresh in reasonably timed batches.

Unfortunately I used to be ok with this place but last visit a worker had no mask. I understand exemption but there needs to be warnings to let people know there are staff here without masks. Then I can make a decision to visit or not. Exempt or not it is unfair not to allow visitors the right to know.

Their ability to be able to cook and have a meal delivered within a reasonable timeframe is just unacceptable at the moment. I understand that potentially its due to additional online orders with lockdown, however putting more staff on may alleviate this issue.

Have visited a few times and ordered boxed meals to get home and notice we have been given combos. Upon ringing the store and letting them know the staff are rude and to only be offered a $10 store credit. Staff that serve you have poor customer service as well.

Just because you have a $4.95 fill up box promotion doesn't mean you can serve up burnt wicked wings. Surely your staff can see that it's burnt before putting into the box.
Also train your staff to include a spoon in the orders that have potato and gravy, in it. Plus serviettes.
This is the worst KFC in the city of Casey.
Also the female management on Saturday 27th of March at 3.35 pm was yelling loudly at on of the staff members. When she saw me look at her through the open drive through. She quickly shut up.

The food was excellent and I would like to recognize the lovely gentlemen Spencer for his great customer service as he was friendly.

Asked for a zinger burger, received chicken in a bun. Nothing else. No lettuce or sauce.
Also, 3 out of the 3 chicken pieces i received were also cooked very poorly and did not look like they met quality standards.
The chips were also soggy.

Save yourself the time, choose the nearby maccas when you're after a fast food fix.

Poor service and over charged
When I questioned the cost I was told it was my fault because I should have been aware of the latest promos.
Will not be going back to this KFC.

If I could put the score in the negative I would put it as negative 5. I try to avoid coming here because they are so slack behind the counter and they always forget something. I have complained directly on 2 occasions but the management don't seem to care.
As to the response below - i have sent those details through to KFC on the same day as the review. I have done so in the past and KFC called me and did nothing - someone from the store was supposed to call me to organize the missing items and an apology for the poor service. I was willing to say the last couple of issues were due to COVID-19 situation and being very busy however now I am certain that the operators of this store do not care as long as people are still handing over there cash.

Just placed our order and got it delivered through menu log, received our oder with literally half the order missing.
Ordered a giant feast with a 10 piece wicked wings.
Order arrived with no potato and gravy, no coleslaw, no drink, no sauces and no wicked wings.
Even though the driver asked if there was anymore to the order, the staff said “no, thats everything. ”
Cost me $72 for chicken and chips.

Very poor service. After receiving my order 30 minutes late, I was missing chicken from my order, I told employees about it and took them another 10 minute to fix the order. Not recommended.

After being informed of a 10 minute wait which I agreed to i was moved into the waiting bay where I waited with another car for a further 30 minutes. During this time the car next to us headed in see what was happening with our order. We were then informed that they had lost both orders and not bothered to come out and tell us. The they hastily threw our order together complete with warm drinks and received a shurg and a quick sorry. When we finally got home to eat the meal looked like it had been sitting there for as long as we had. It was quickly thrown out. I then got a call the next the next day saying that they had received our feedback. There was a call the following day to say they had received our feedback and were once again sorry.

My partner just came home with food from your store and he has found 3 white/ blonde hair in his chicken and we both have dark brown hair also the popcorn chicken was extremely burnt and horrible.

Can not say anything nice about this store whatsoever. Receipts all over the counter, food scraps and debris all over the floor and prep counters. And you will wait at least 20 minutes for your order. Literally saw the girls in front of me wait 15 minutes for a large chips.

Awful. Windows wiped down with greasy cloths. Just gross.

Worst KFC in the area. I go out of my way to avoid this one. Staff are nice but the owner seems to treat them rough and quite greedy.

Doesn't seem concerned about the quality of food or the experience of customers.

Food was freshly made. Customer service about 5/10 after asking for tables and highchairs to be sanitised staff were a little rude however, considering the currently pandemic you would think sanitation wouldn't be an issue

Chicken was smelly and not cooked well through. Potato gravy had a burnt smell and tasted burnt. The most horrible potato gravy ever. I've had KFC since I was a kid and I am now 55yrs old. It's a shame as my family and I have always enjoyed KFC for years but noticed over the years how the standard has dropped.

Not nice at all. They missed half our order. Had to drive back and collect the remaining items. Chicken tasted bad. Wasn't even the right kfc seasoning

Waiting 10 minutes in the drive through with no cars in front for someone to actually take your order then get served food from yesterday.couldnt even feed it to my dog.and yeh its not the first time but im done with kfc.plenty of great take aways around that are waaaay better and fresher.
