KFC Narre Warren

Waited 25 mins in drive through (I was stuck as cars were behind me) to be told the food I ordered wasn’t available (3 piece box). I felt sorry for the young people working there obviously there are a lot of problems.

I'm really disappointed that "the bacon machine" hasn't been working for over 6 months now. If the store is Halal, I do wish they would stop advertising burgers with bacon in them, so that I don't have to wait in line at the drive through, only to be told there is no bacon. If you're not being up front about deciding not to provide bacon anymore due to the possibility of not getting the rest of the order, you're correct. I would not go there and order any other foods, if I can only purchase food for half my family. However, I would still respect the decision if you were up front about it.
Please let me know if you will ever be including bacon on your menu again. Thank you.

Worst kfc I have ever been to… service is pathetic 9 times out of 10, they change items in your meals without even notifying you and continuously stuff up the meals. Called up serveral times in the past and bearly even get an apology. Tonight was the last straw will never go there again!

KFC are still insisting I cannot be contacted. It is such a ridiculous situation that they are contacting me, and doing nothing about the fact that they charged me for food they did not provide because they cannot contact me. I reiterate, stay away from this restaurant, they are not worthy of your money,

It is bad enough I got home before realising a large chips was missing (I should not have to keep other customers waiting while I check the order). The chips I did get were about 2 thirds full.

Potatoes and salt are really cheap ingredients and we are charged a huge markup, at least fill the box?

KFC's response to my complaint was to say they could not contact me. To be clear, KFC emailed me to say they wont do anything because they could not contact me.

Extremely bad value, and follow up customer assistance is non existent. I will not eat here again.

Chips weren't seasoned, at all. Burger was smashed together, nothing lined up, the only thing holding it together was the wrapper. There was no potato in the potato and gravy. I didn't recieve the side dipping sauce I asked for, that was suppose to be in the box meal and after I specifically asked that it would be in the order and was told yes. How and why is it so hard to get a simple order correct, meals that are on your menu? Are children running this place? I keep giving you a chance and you keep stuffing up every order, without fail.

They've prioritized drive thru for years and make people who order inside wait 30min-1hour even for small orders the majority of the time even when it's not busy at all, and they still miss things in the order. Also get very oily chicken often that it leaks everywhere.

Insisted on substituting an item an order on the app with something I didn’t want then had 1 other item missing from the order. Unhelpful and arrogant

Every time we order from this store it’s never right I think you should get yr staff eye tested as they obviously can’t read the orders properly I think out of a 1000 times maybe 1 order was correct nothing worse than getting home and it’s wrong food it’s not good enough get a grip guys as this would be the worst store I’ve been too for getting orders wrong next time you’ll be giving my order for free so sick of it if it was once or twice wouldn’t bother me but every time it’s wrong bloody disgraceful service

KFC is takeaway and that’s fine you get what you pay for generally.
But been to this kfc a couple times and quite often there is something missed. Today no burger. Which was paid for, read out at the pick up point but not put in the bag, another time we didn’t get a large chips.
Will put up with food not being fresh always. But need to do better checking of why they handover. And you really don’t have time to go through a family meal when the drive thru is busy.

Terrible food quality, Dirty dining area, bin leaking liquid inside store, urine all over toilet area nothing done when reported to manager he actually still used the facility's after being reported. The tile floor is cleaner outside than it is inside.

1. We told the lady at the drive through 6times 375ml drinks. She STILL put the 600ml when we asked why the price was more than we calculated.
2. Go bucket was quite sparse for what I paid for.
3. We asked for extra salt. There’s NON! How do you get NO salt from EXTRA?

This is one of the worst kfcs I’ve ever been to. Idk why I keep going back. Not again.

Only people in the store ordering. Took 15 mins to get 3 burger combos. Chips were cold, were replaced begrudgingly. Not one apology. Only 1 table clean enough to eat at and we waited for the only customer to leave it so we could sit. He stated he had already complained. Food and rubbish over floor and tables. Staff could be heard swearing out the back while we ate. As we were leaving we could hear 3 employees in the garbage bay mucking around and saw one of them climb in and out of the bin. Staff on their break sat at a table amoungst the mess and when their break was over walked straight out the back without picking anything up. Photos were taken of the mess.

I'm absolutely amazed, that it took this team of people over 26 minutes to get a burger with fries and a drink.
When I was getting my refund not even an apology from what I think was the manager, really poor customer service and wait time.

Best KFC in the area.
Friendly staff.
Sufficient staff to cope with high demand.

One time I went and they didn’t have the following;
Zinger filet
Original filet
Wicked wings
Original recipe pieces
Gravy

Youre a chicken shop mate, make sure you have chicken

The last two times i went there they put 2 chicken tendies in my zinger box instead of wicked wings

Customer service is pathetic. So many workers and they are all standing around not doing anything! Food took about 30 minutes and there was only a couple of cars in the drivethrough. Floor was a mess, and tables were not wiped nor were they cleared. EFTPOS wasn’t even working!

Absolutely terrible idk how they are still in business. Workers are pathetic and the food is awful. Not once have I had a good experience at this KFC

I feel like a Karen but seriously, the food is yuck. Every time I have ordered from narre warren KFC the chip are never salted and the chicken is hard, almost like it’s been frozen then cooked. If you want better food go to Berwick kfc AVOID THIS SHIZ HOLE staff and effing rude childish and just plain immature. Get better workers stop hiring dïc heads!
