KFC Narre Warren

One of the best KFC's around. Sometimes they are busy but despite number of staff behind the counter, you still wonder why you're waiting that long.

Always an issue at this store. Yesterday i got yellow chicken because it looks like some one forgot to add the herds and spices.plain Floured chicken is gross.

Witnessed Staff Using utensil Tongs to open packed waters then gave back to server for chicken, waited 15 mins for food, then arrived home NO CHIPS IN MEALS, terrible KFC. Won't return

I just ate the worst kfc i have ever had in my life.bacon, cheese burger was dry af, the fillet (what a joke) was stale and rubbery thin and tiny, i needed a drink to help me swallow it, i feel sick.

Ordered food at 11: 47, didn’t get my meal until half an hour later, no organisation. Also a low quantity of orders they they had to fill

Stood there for 10 minutes waiting to be served, to finally be told there out of chicken.
Shocking customer service.
Won't be going back to Narre Warren KFC

Get home with my zinger box only to find it contained a burger and chips.
Tried calling over a space of 2 hrs to no avail as they’ve taken their phone off the hook and goes straight to msg bank
Upon opening burger it only contained a fillet literally, open large chips and yep they’re not even half full.

Ordered on deliveroo and it took them 2 hours to even accept the order
we called them and the fist time they hung up on us.eventually they answered and got it all sorted out.when the order arrived we were missing a large chips and a zinger burger from a ZINGER BURGER BOX? (how even?)
and when my partner bit into his chicken tender and there was this black chewy meat on it (honestly looked like a chicken kidney) it’s absolutely revolting and put us off of our food.i used to work at kfc and honestly this is just not it.

So I usualy don't have any problem with this KFC but today was unacceptable I waited in the store to day to be served and they were not busy it took 15 minutes in till I got served and there was a coworker that was looking at me and walking back up and down and didn't ask me what I wanted then another staff member served me and was like what would you like in a sarcastic way and I said my order she then did my order she didn't apologize about the wait witch was rude and then I got my order but I still think that this was a disgusting behaviour and I want to make a complain about this so I rated this KFC for today 1

We ordered over 30 minutes ago (large chips and frozen pepsi) … still haven’t gotten our food rip.need more than just Jack on counter could be good idea especially for a Saturday night? My chicken took to long. I needed me chicken quicker. I waited quite a long time for my chicken. I'm a busy man building trailers and I needed my chicken. Plus me chips. Me gravy wasn't hot enough and me chicken I had to wait for. It's not good. Pepsi. And the chicken. Went down meself. Any way probably get red rooster next time cos it's takes less long and I got trailers to build mate.

Just got some drive through tonight. Original chicken burger not wrapped properly, no Mayo.just a dry chicken fillet and lettuce. Chips not seasoned. Not the first time this has happened.worth driving further km than go here again.

Don't take this 4 stars for granted. Good tonight.but some past dinners have been ruined by eating here.

The staff were unfriendly, bordering on rude. They had no sweet and sour sauce.
They didn’t put in our large potato and gravy and didn’t know until we were home. You really need to train the staff in customer service. They are appalling. Maybe more mature, responsible, respectful staff would be a better idea.

Chicken burger with hardly any lettuce but a heap of sauce is unexceptionable. My kids can make a burger better.

Why you always forget to give spoon and napkins with drive through orders? This has happened everytime

The new store fit out is great, and the staff are usually pretty good. Last couple times we’ve been they’ve forgotten bits and pieces in our order, but that’s pretty typical

Terrible service! Ordered online, after an hour and a half their app said it was delivered. No courteousy call, and reason was they had no coleslaw. Now we have to wait 24 hours for our refund. 190442469 was our online order number. 11/10/21 never again!

I went in the store to order and after taking 15 minutes to receive my order, I was missing chicken pieces and the chips were only 3/4 full. This has happened multiple times before. Very disorganised staff and very disappointing to have part of your families meal missing.
