KFC Mill Park

Had to wait over half an hour to pick up my Doordash delivery. Around 10 drivers waiting. Seems jobs came thru all at once. Staff did the best they could. But this costs me money in a peak period where I earn bonuses per delivery. At least 3 staff left during this disaster.

Drive thru staff is rude, she just says "ORDER" and "DRIVE THRU" instead of talking like a normal person. Horrible staff.

Probably our favourite site when we get a hankering for KFC. The reason being that the food is nearly always tasty and hot. Their chips are crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. The chicken is hot and tastes like it should. I assume they've worked out the quantities required to meet with demand so continually top up warmer ovens instead of having too many surplus pieces languish going cold. Best value for lunch is the chicken tenders burger combo.

Ordered, paid through Menulog. Estimated time for delivery (and I understand it's an estimate, so will accomodate a little leeway either way) ran 50 minutes over? Seriously 50 mins late on delivery when it's apparently a 10 min trip, what's happened? Well it's only Mothers Day today and it's what our Mum choose to eat.not impressed
Rang KFC, they hand-balled me to Menulog. Oh, how painful calling Menulog On hold for over an hour, what a joke! Sorry, lost my appetite and my business. Surely they have some policing or structure as to the Menulog delivery person? And can possibly ascertain what went wrong or where the delivery ended up? Seems they just hand the order to someone random and hope they deliver in good faith?

When you go to the Kentucky of the Fried of the Chicken, you’d expect there to be Fried Chicken of the Kentucky variety. Well do I have a tale for you, there was no chicken. WHERES MY DAMN TENDIES KAITLYN!

We ordered wicked wings & chips. The chips was soggy and the wings was brown colour like its been cooked the day before and was reheated too many times. We lost our appetite.

Really good service only thing I can fault
They Never put enough salt always ask for extra salt if you want a normal amount otherwise you won't get any

Service book way too long and as usual they didn't listen not happy Jan won't be going back there for a long time

Service and food was 100%.
Only thing to mention is that the dining area (seats, tables and floors) needs more cleaning.

The worst fast food staff cohort I have encountered - across 4 continents. Staff are joyless, impersonal show a distinct lack of warmth and care. This evening I was friendly and warm in talking to the drive through staff. She barely managed a look of sour disinterest

This has happened so many time!
Service needs a massive improvement!

Drinks was worm. Not cold to enjoy.
Table was dirty.
Checked the other ones. All the same.

Went into store last night at 10.30. Doors weren't working so another customer inside opened them for me. I wait at the counter for a few minutes then a staff member demands to know how I got in. I explained. He told me he would be with me in a minute. I wait another few minutes with no service & no explanation whilst they continue to serve drive thru. The first staff member continues to occasionally look at me from the drive window with a worried expression. Still no explanation even though there are at least 4-5 staff members I can see. I loudly say that if they don't want to serve me I will go elsewhere & walked off. I am a well dressed lady in her 40's. Hardly a threat. Just extremely poor customer service skills at KFC Mill Park. Hungry Jack's next door provided fast efficient service & a similar meal for less money.

Worst place to go. This place is always dirty and filthy. Now is getting worse. Food is not fresh. Soaked in oil and chips are too salty.

Took my family there for dinner - the place was the most filthy restaurant I have ever been to. I have eaten in 3rd world countries diners that are more hygenic. Rubbish strewn everywhere at the entrance walking inside was to see the inside was worse - Computers, tables, ledges floors wall - everything was covered in greasy dusty filth. Not 1 table was clean of food and we were the only family in the restaurant. The staff were all standing around. The toilets were disgusting - look like they have not been cleaned in weeks if not months - the taps where covered in grease and filth and the grout between tiles on the walls were mouldy. Worst dining experience I have ever endured in my life. Disgusted this is shop is allowed to operate in this beautiful city of Melbourne. Obviously the owner/s manager/s have complete disregard for hygiene and any standard of cleanliness normal people would expect from such a family restaurant. I will be taking this complaint further.
Very unhappy customer. I would recommend AVOIDING the place at all cost.

The cook on Wednesday night, did an excellent job, the chicken was very delicious and succulent. My compliments to the cook. This was the best chicken I have ever eaten in my entire pathetic life.

Quiet and calm place. Food was good as well. It'd be better if the staff could care a bit more about including straws, ketchup and other things as such with the orders.

When i got my food on Tuesday i was served by a nice enough lady (dont remember her name) and the chicken was marvellous but the store seemed a bit dirty and the bloke in front of me smelt like weed which as a christen dad against drugs (CDAD for life) sucked but hey they cant control that so overall was great. Went in this Wednesday as well and again great chicken. 10/10 would recommend

Ordered 2 meals with 2 aioli sauces, got charged, however didn't get the sauces. This has happened on multiple occasions; we always make sure that they have put everything in the bag before driving off.

Got a burger at 10pm, by 1am I was feeling terrible. It’s now 9.30 am and iv never vomited and poo liquid so much in my life.

I noticed the floors were filthy with food scraps everywhere, I should have read the sign. Won’t go back,
