Good clean and not greasy crispy chicken in a neat and we'll put together zinger stacker, that's what you want! Went through at a quieter time though. But happy with it!

It was packed tonight and the team was working hard. Ethan and Abbey served me; Ethan paid attention to detail and Abbey was very lively. Very impressed and appreciative of the servers tonight, good job team!

3rd time in a row i’ve been utterly disappointed with not only my food but the experience.all 3 times i’ve bought sauce that they haven’t put in my bag.the food was soggy and very salty. I do not recommend this KFC to anyone.

Zinger burgers are a favourite of mine but this store don't seem to make them as crunchy nor delicious as some other KFC stores.
They do seem to have better chips than most other KFC stores though.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff at Mill Park KFC for the awesome experience whilst placing a large order late in the evening. From the moment we placed the order in a very busy drive thru, nothing was too hard for Aaron. Aaron's great customer service was evident as he continued to accommodate our order requests and remained calm and polite throughout even though the drive thru queue was getting busier. He was honest that he could provide our large order so but there would be a wait. We agreed and he immediately put his cooks onto the order. Waiting over 20 minutes for our freshly cooked order was a pleasure after such a great encounter with Aaron. Just as i thought our experience couldn't get any better, I was confronted by Taleah and Zack who carried our order to the car. Once again the friendly and professional customer service continued with their polite nature and friendly smiles despite the extremely busy drive thru, it really makes this KFC store the best in the area. Well done KFC Mill Park for hiring people like Aaron, Taleah and Zack with exceptional customer service. I think your colleagues in the Epping store could do with some customer service training from these staff members. We will be back and i recommend this store to all. Good job Aaron, Taleah and Zack!

Rubbish place ate there food was Rubbish daughter had stomach cramps started throwing up after 1 hour very low quality food wouldn't feed to a dog customer service was very bad grumpy workers would be contacting head office

Regularly get catering for family functions for mill park store and it’s always super fresh and ready on time. Guests are always happy

Best kfc ive ever had in my life, staff were really nice and cracked jokes with me, place looked stunning especially with the neon sign, and the food was the best kfc has ever tasted.only issue i had was the food taking its time, but that can be forgiven for its taste.

I'm very happy with the employee Laura, seen packing the orders during the night shift. She's very fast efficient and most importantly happy to adhere to small requests made everytime I ask at the counter. After a long day she makes our night when the order is exactly as asked.
Please commend her hard work and know that we are very appreciative of her.

The a chicken it was dry not cooked very well done if chef Gordon Ramsay tried the food he would be very very I'm very angry with the KFC in milk park for sung by an undercooked that was not meant to be that dry chicken must be a little bit more tasty The nut that's why I will never go back to their store again seriously the manager should take a look at themselves for dry chicken like that Gordon Ramsay will never sell and dried chicken is just disgusting that's why I give you star Star shame on you the OH&s will not be happy with this

Went in the drive-thur, and when we got home, there were things missing large chips, 10 nuggets, and the dipping sauce

Food is always rushed, chicken is wet and soggy and no where near crispy like it should be.

This place has haunted me for almost 20 years. Living in South Morang and loving KFC I've given this place a million tries and always end up regretting it. I now realise driving to either bundoora or thomastown is actually worth it. The food is the worst, especially the actual chicken pieces. I swear they haven't used fresh oil all century. It ways tastes burnt and has lost all flavour due to the nasty tang of the oil. I am simply amazed at how a franchise that must have guidelines can honestly be so different from store to store. Never had decent chicken once. Went and bought a deep fryer.

Tables are filthy, no wicked wings with zinger meal. Page advertises open to midnight at 10.05 pm told quite abruptly that the store closes in 5 minutes so will have to ask you to leave

Ordered drive thru large three piece box the chicken pieces were very small and they do not give you any wipes or a spoon to eat the potato and gravy.this is not the first time and it will be the last as I will now go to red rooster.

No food most of the nights by 11pm. Very inconvenient. Sometimes they take the drive thru order and once we wait in line and go to the counter then they say that they don’t have some items.

Too oily. I order boxed chicken and it's dripping with oil not to mention the smell of the chicken. Smells like it's cooked in burnt oil

Generally my takeaway go-to, you know what you are going to get, and I get a twister so I feel it's a little healthier than other options

Order via app for pick-up. Pressed the button on app to say I'm in store. Within 10-15, I got my 9 pieces of chicken for $9.95.
The place looked clean and the staff was ok.
Chicken was ok.
Overall, my visit was ok.
