Lovely and professional service and the chicken was very fresh and enjoyable to eat. Great place to order your KFC!

Favourite KFC. Super fast and always good quality. Willing to drive further to go to this KFC over the one on the way home.

They really need to train their staff on cooking and service. Food sometimes over cooked and sometimes under cooked and when taking orders staff need to listen to orders properly.
I asked for full and fresh and sometimes get chips half empty and cold.

Worst KFC in Melbourne.
Have just purchased a family feast to find, out of the 10 pieces of chicken, 7 were thigh pieces, 2wings and 1 breast. Half of our family do not eat thigh meat. I even asked for an even amount of pieces. The chicken that we did get was so dry it was inedible. This is not the first time this has happened at this store. If I could give a zero I would. Do yourselves a favour, don't go to this store where you will never get what you purchase and the staff are totally inept.

Thanks for giving me 5 pieces of popcorn chicken in my go bucket that we’re stale and unsalted chips

Lines are always long, non existent customer service, very badly designed restaurant, drive thru lane width is a joke. Needs major work.

Need to change the oil often, guys! Other KFC clearly make better chicken, at least the golden color fried chicken looks better. At this store, pieces of chicken look brown, if not dark burnt old oil fried chicken. I ordered wicked wings and received pieces of old oil fried wings. How could you even serve that as food to your customers? !? Totally lost my appetite, sad that KFC cannot keep standard like anyother fastfood chain. Disappointed

Burger was stale with mould on it. Manager did not even say sorry about it.told me to calm down and it can be replaced.unfortunately I had taken a bite and feel sick now

The food here is super tasty and will leave your mouth salivating and wanting more set in the heart of mill Park the staff are friendly and will greet you with a warm smile and a friendly hello

Super nice and fast service, came at 7pm 23rd aug was served by a guy at the front counter, very well trained best KFC experience of my life. Would give 6/5 stars if there was an option

Again another branch with poor ventilation and disgusting smell.
This store and the one in Greensborough are the most unclean ones.

What you expect at a kfc, although staff where very switched on, and service was incredibly fast.

This must be the only KFC in the world where a 30 minute wait to get your order is standard. Please put on more staff or provide some training to the current staff. This is supposed to be a FAST food restaurant FFS.

Asked for extra Salt on our chips but didn't get it but was assured twice it was done very disappointed

Just sat in drive through for 35minutes absolutely the worse drive through service i have ever experienced as far as time goes. Felt sorry for the girl who served me and also got my order ready. Absolutely disgraceful.

Just thankful to you that I don’t have lower that 1 star or else you don’t deserve 1 star as well due to highly unprofessional customer service especially by 1 bumpy lady with specs don’t know how to smile and greet customer and excessive waiting time is the bonus.

Long wait rude drive through staff and after the long wait food missing well done you have one job fast food not slow food and forget things

Ran low on chicken.how does a place where chicken is in the name of the restaurant run low on said ingredient? Waited, 1 of the 2 packets of chips was cold. So they started getting the order ready before everything was ready and some food items went cold. 1 star if I had waited any longer, as there was quite a line for the drive through.

Pay for meal and get less than what you pay for what a joke, quick at throwing the receipt at the customer which is pretty much telling them to get stuffed. I can tell that it's better to have kids working in the store that can't even get a single order correct when I'm sure an adult would get it correct every time because all kids want to do is socialize instead of working.
