43My visit today at the knox ozone KFC was ok. They recently introduced a new meal called a slider. This meal comes in 4 different choices for sauce and 2 chicken choices (crispy or grilled) i decided that i would try crispy and all 4 choices for sauce. When i sat down to eat my meal i discovered that i had receaved all grilled chicken and was a little disapointed. I still enjoyed the new sliders but think i would have like it more if i was to have gotten what i asked 4. Overall the food was nice and the customer service was good so i decided to give the knox ozone KFC a 3 out of 5 stars out of
Very poor. Great friendly customer service and quick. But soggy chicken and way too much salt on chips. I complained and they said id get a voucher to replace my order. I waited a week then rang again and a lady did say that they would ring me back and didnt. I have gone to ferntree gully kfc and they are alot better in the quality of food they give you. But do not recomend kfc at knox city.
Very stingy with food. Thinnest & smallest piece of chicken in a burger ever. Chips not full. Not a great KFC
