KFC Knox City

There was two pieces of hair in my order and I noticed one of the employees was not wearing a hair net or hat. The buns on the Burger was hard and chewy and the chicken was dry. A customer next me ordered chips with no salt and their response was to put packets of salt in the box and hand it back. My friends tenders had a taste of cleaning solution and the employee asked if he was sure about eating the tenders that have been sitting there a while and looked small and gross

Not the cleanest of places but it's usually pretty empty and the service is quick and the food is up to the usual KFC standards.

Been here a few times. Its great as you can avoid the busy food court inside the shopping centre.

Went today and ordered my usual. But they ran out of chicken and were making a fresh batch, which did take a bit of time, they kept apologising while I was waiting rather then pretend I wasnt there, which made me happy to wait. Then to thank me for my patience they offered me a free additional side of chips! Great customer service! Would come back again in a heartbeat.

Zinger stacker burger spot on for taste and presentation.
Only let down we're the chips, Not fresh.
Customer service was perfect.

Customer service was bad and made fun of my order I made for 3 family's and on top of that the chips where soggy and not salt would not go back there again

Manager was so kind and lovely! I ordered on menulog, they had run out of zingers, so she replaced it with tenders and then gave me a bunch of free food! Always great experiences here.

I took note of a staff members name because of how brilliant her service was. A very switched on worker who was taking care of the front on her own at high speed! Its been at least a year since ive seen a staff member have a similar attitude. Very impressed.

Really nice place, restaurant is kept clean and the food arrived very quickly. Very good quality food for the price, the food here was cooked and prepared better than most other KFC's around. Well worth the visit.

Food is fine. But no online ordering at all! As most deals these days are app only look elsewhere if you want value

Good outlet. They handled the busy period well. There was a mistake in our order which was fixed very quickly as well.

Terrible drive through, and to my surprise different quality from counter and drive through for the same menu item!

Franchise.close your back doors off, ffs, people. Or move the toilets outdoors so the junkies have somewhere away from kids to shoot up.

Great spot for a quick bite and shopping. Free parking and everything within walking distance. What more could you ask for!

It's a KFC outside of a shopping centre - jokes on me for expecting better. Both the Chicken and the staff have a lot in common - cold and dry.

The restaurant itself seems to also be in a constant state of needing to be cleaned. It makes take away seem like the only option. Until you get the meal home and realise that you should have popped into the Cole's and bought your own chicken, 11 secrets herbs and spices, and done it yourself.

KFC is a great place to eat. They have a big menu and decent pricing. As a former KFC employee, I can vouch for the freshness and care put into the food at all KFCs.

Everytime I come to the Knox location the staff are super friendly. The inside of KFC Knox is always clean and well maintained (including the toilets). As for the food I have had to wait about 5 minutes on average but it is always hot and fresh! Oh they also never forget the sauce, napkins and the all important KFC wipes!

Need to go at a very busy time when turnover is high so the food - especially chips - are fresh. Used to always have issues with drive through order (missing an item) but have improved recently.

Great for a quick bite with family and they have a great little playground for my son to play on.

The first time i went there they gave me a stale bun for my burger.i went in the next day and asked for a fresh bun and they cooked one fresh for me ans gave me a discount, and when i got home i noticed some extra popcorn chicken in there. I appreciate the effort the team went to to give exceptional service.
