I got a zinger stacker with mouldy buns. Disgusting. I'm never coming back. Avoid this place

I got really sick from here on the night of 30th December 2023 around 8pm. I had the swisher crunch, gravy and chips. I'd really review what happened that night so that the same thing doesn't happen to others. The lack of responses here shows how much they value food safety.

A KFC store that's grotty and gross,
Toilets nearby, a smell of urinal cake woes.
Cold and breezy, no coziness found,
Dining here is an experience unsound.
Avoid this place, it's best to steer,
Unpleasant ambiance, a dining fear.

The wicked wings here are fantastic - the meat is juicy and the batter is crispy and beautifully seasoned! 11/10

Terrible service. The order was made wrong for the third time. One thing is forgotten every time. The chips were cold and salty. I do not recommend Knox at all.

KRAP FRIED CHICKEN Check the kfc app got chicken price so thought that's OK I go thru the drive thru it is $17 dollars more expensive that is a total and utter joke a total rip off I wish to make a formal complaint you are ripping people off a total scam not very happy with the service you provide just a total rip off buy thru the app it is alot cheaper save your money don't go thru the drive thru was told prices were cheaper thru the app and store price are more

Called in this afternoon for an afternoon snack for the kids and ordered three go buckets, 6 nuggets and three frozen drinks at the drive through. It was one of the only times they actually gave us the right items in our order but unfortunately, the go buckets were only half full. The kids were not impressed!
Had I not been halfway home before it was discovered, I would've gone back, complained and asked for replacements. I decided to give the store a call instead, just to let them know of the mistake but low and behold, none of the advertised phone numbers were connected and there appeared to be no way to contact the store at all, which is not a great way to run a business! I hope they improve in the future, but we won't be back in a hurry.

I went there on Boxing Day. It was very busy.
However, the employees and manager were really accommodating.
They were able to assist me in resolving my issue with trying to obtain the online promotion deal.
The chickens were hot and crispy, and the customer service was excellent.

I can't think of a bad experience I've had at this particular KFC

Ordered a 3 piece pack l don't eat gravy so l ordered extra chips instead of potatoes and gravy got home and there was potatoes and gravy 2 legs and a tiny piece of chicken the small paper bag of chips was not hot and consisted of bits looks like it was the dregs from the serving erea and the chicken was just warm and bland this place has gone off.

The guy at the counter was really nice (customer service has already been pretty good here) BUT the chicken recently is nothing, what is KFC doing? It's a disgrace. Literally a thin piece of meat in my burger, even 1 slice of bread is twice as thick. This wasn't the case before (did they change it?). Maccas is in the food court and Hungry Jacks next door. Go There instead.

Feel bad for the employees serving is trash

Also the buns on the burger was more stale than my law lectures.

Long wait time and the go bucket looks like someone's already ate half of it.not good for being a "KFC"

KFC Knox City (Outside) isn't a bad KFC but in saying that it definitely has its moments, I recommend eating in if you want to make sure your food is exactly as it should be as it makes returning the food a lot easier to do,
The staff are mostly young and inexperienced as always.

Outstanding customer service and quality of food as always.
Unfortunately some group of I assume immature teenagers made an absolutely disgusting mess in an area out of view of the front counter. I felt so sorry for the young lady who had to clean it all up.

Basically the kfc that has turned me off kfc. I always get 1 or 2 undercooked and mushie chicken tenders.
Problem is I probably go here once a year because I always forget how bad they are. I dont complaine because they only offer more kfc and after being sick from it, it really is the last thing you want.
Chips are a hit and miss.
I would recommend burger meals, zinger box etc if you have to eat here, they seem to be the safe bet.
Also once ordered a potato and gravy and only got gravey.
I would also recommend avoiding delivery as it is when the issues occur and is common with fast food restaurant.

When they have nugget wars with other fast food I will get them through the drive trough and they are always exceptional.

Restaurant was very clean. The staff were very friendly and the service was good. Food was average.

Consumed a 3 piece box purchased at approx 6pm on Thursday 12th May 2022 ~ following morning suffered acute abdominal pain followed by diarrhoea and feeling unwell ~ lasted 48 hrs. Unfortunately, obviously a problem in this food, either a bug in the gravy or the chicken.

I wish I could give them 0 star. Terrible customer services. Atleast 3 times. Ill Never come back again

Waited way too long for the food to come out, chips were hot but the burger was cold and just slop, my son chicken in his burger was half raw and had to be thrown away.
