KFC Keysborough: Takeaway

Everytime I go, the order is always wrong and the chick on the speaker always has an attitude. Be nice at least.

It’s closer to Keysborough, which means that it’s easier for me to get KFC! Usually consistent chicken for me unlike the one at KFC Dandenong Market which is very inconsistent in terms of the chicken.

Awful customer service, promised to be reimbursed. A meal my kids had had but when I went into store they refused to do so What a waste of petrol and now kids are hungry: (

It's KFC, but it taste more fresh like the fried Chicken haven't been sitting around for an hour. I must have come at the right time as the Chicken was just cooked and haven't have any time to sit under the heat light.

What type of oil you guys use, it gave me throat infection. I never had such experience before at any KFC.

Great, except for the one time when they undercooked the original chicken and it was semi raw inside the thigh, other than that good place for take out.

Toke 15 minutes to get my good when that store was dead empty and not juat that was all cold and wrong

It's ok like most kfc it lacks, can be slow and when you do get your food you need to check your order is correct nothing worse then getting home to find you are missing food.

Best KFC service ever.
Ordered 4 pieces and because 1 was small they gave me another small free. Now 5 pieces.
I got wipes and serviettes.
I almost never get those,
This time I got the works.

Staff are ignorant and do not notice if you're standing right in front of them, however they keep the toilets and tables spotless and the food (when it eventually comes) is nicely cooked

Was given no utensils dispite having a shaker salad no wipes either, missing my 5 tender add on, was sat at drivethrough waiting for 5 minutes before a staff member even took my order (after i had to initiate the order) incompetent staff. Won't be visiting again

Hit and miss
Days you go the chicken is fresh and juicy
Others you can get stale old dry chicken pieces drenched in old burnt oil.
Staff are very much the same, hot and cold regardless of what time you go to the store.

Visited this store just for the Zinger Pie, and by far it was one of the best pies I have ever tasted. The pie was juicy and the chicken was tender and fresh, perfect combo with the amount of spice! Will definitely get there for more pies!

So there's this new employee at this KFC and he's pretty bad at doing his job, i ordered a burger with no buns, no meat, no cheese and he gave me salad. I also didnt appreciate his attitude, he kept reffering to me as 'buddy'. Also isnt he a bit too short to be working there? Enough about the negatives, all the others were good, they were pretty well time managed and got me my order quickly.

I am appalled and disappointed, at the service of this restaurant, I just bought lunch and apart from the rude staff who could not even give you the time of day, my order was completely different from what I received, I ordered a original twister meal and got a completely different wrap.

Friendly service just didn't like the chicken much I'm very big pieces hard not tender as usual I had to ask to replace the chips were bid soggy

Drive through is pathetically slow. Nearly always missing an item from order. Staff standing around ignoring queue of customers. 2 registers but only ever use 1. Go to Clayton. Further from dingley but quicker overall.

Big wait times at drive thru. They need a waiting bay or some better system. Was recently stuck in drive thru for 25 minutes, an excruciating wait for supposedly fast food.

In my personal experience here, more often than not, a 10 to 15 minute wait is the norm, with quick in and out being a rare surprise. Hence the two stars otherwise its KFC. Yum.

Morning team is good thought night team felt negative like they just wanted to end the night. Didnt get my order in a bag. Order was just give in the box at the drive-through.
