KFC Keysborough: Takeaway

Went through the drive through and only got half my order. Didn’t find out until I got home. Had to drive all the way back

It seems like the staff just don’t care or aren’t trained

Best kfc I’ve had in a long time, everything fresh even during peak hour Saturday night service! Everything wasn’t shoved in the bag messily it was so neat!

Went to drive through. Placed my order. Didn't feel like the young man heard me correctly so I repeated the orde. He spoke over me and impatiently said yeah yeah yeah. Check my food on the way out and he has left out the sauces I was repeating when he spoke over me. I had to drive around and park and go into the store. This is the second time this has happened. I don't go o the drive through so I can then waste double the time going into the store.i have now been told by another 3 people they have had poor experiences at this store.

Multiple items the we ordered came to us wrong. Too late in the day and too hungry to both trying to get them to fix it, but it's not hard to get right though

Service through drive thru can be very slow at times but food is generally pretty good. Had an issue a while ago completed feedback survey and manager got back to me very quickly with apology and voucher in return for bad service.

14 minute wait on a Sunday evening for chips in store. Watched 20 cars go through drive through, I was only order in store. Paying 10 bucks for potato and waiting 14 mins for it is a joke. Regular problem at this KFC. Optimise your processes, it's systemic. Should have gone to local fish and chip shop triple the quantity at the same wait time.

Not to bad but notice that chips is soggy and chicken was average for us beside that during the dinner time drive thru was a lot of cars and services was some what long but it okay if order ahead of time

No longer my go to food place for KFC. I ordered and they were out of chicken just to give me less than money worths of food.

Its unbelievable how many times this KFC has got my order wrong, Surely its not hard to give out the right food especially when you've stated that you want something extra or changed! Its honestly disappointing.

Kfc in parkmore food they served me was horrible. I just showed them and threw in bin front of them. Very bad experience never going back

Just saw the guy making my food through the drive through window, put food in his mouth with his gloves on, then cough in his hand with the amae gloves, then tough the food. Another guy came around and put what looked like a gunny bear in the other guys mouth with his gloves on and then they gave me my food. I was going to say something but chickened out and didn't want to be a Karen safe to say the food went in thr bin. Never going there again. Happened 11 Aug 7: 30pm

I just bought a tenders dipping feast. I was served by a girl with no gloves on and some of the chicken was eaten. I was greeted by the manager by the name of jennifer, very rudely and slammed the window in my face. I will not be coming to this KFC ever again and My team wont be coming here again. I was very disappointed with the food hygiene and I’ll be escalating this matter to the city of Greater Dandenong.

I have been here many time and they never seem to get it right, the chips and wicked wings seem off does not taste right, this could be one of the worst KFC in Melbourne, staff and customer service are ok.

This kfc is never good, they always forget my sauce and I had to wait half an hour to be served once. Stop forgetting my sweet and sour sauce kfc

Even one star is too much for this store I’ve been waiting over 20 minutes just to go and pay to get a zinger box, lack of stuff of member, very very unprofessional they didn’t ask me what drink I wanted or either anything I had to mentioned it my self, also I waited 5 minutes just to get the food after ordering it.
If you don’t have enough food or you can’t Manege to have more customers shut it down.and no spon and tissue in in my box thanks you kfc

No chips in the entire restaurant! Staff apologised and offered a substitute side but how do you run out of a main side? !

Worst KFC in Melbourne have been here so many times I literally live down the road road from this joint and never had a good experience the staff, if I have to wait for 30mins for food in a fast food place and not get what I ordered it is a disgrace.

The single worst kfc in the world. Staff are beyond useless and the food is lucky to be classed as edible. Avoid this joint at all costs
