Classic kfc, usually quite good can't fault kfc as they are usually quite consistent and even better when the batches are fresh

Ordered 10 Wicked Wings and was horrified to see that instead of a wicked wing I received a chicken head in my wings. So disappointed! Can the employeres not cook? That's what you're getting paid for.you had one job.you failed to successfully complete that one job and meet the required expectations.such failures.no wonder why y'all work there.not to mention that I saw a cockroach running past the fridge while I was having my order taken.clean your store! Dirty.

One of the best Kfc Restaurants in the South east, especially for dine in. It's clean and they always have chicken right up til close! Go to this Kfc.

I'm sick and tired of being served by this same incompetent white worker every time I come to buy my 3 piece box. I always make sure to tell him to put drums and thighs but always end up with breast and wing pieces. Last time I went he gave me attitude. Btw does he even meet the height requirements to work there?

Came in on the 20/12/2021 around 1pm and was served by a handsome young man. I ordered 2 giant feasts for my family and he quickly served with me with very polite manners and I saw him speeding to pack our food to ensure it was hot/juicy/crispy/succulent. Caught whiff of his name and I think it was Eric (below average height white man). Great service, would love to see him as a manager next time I enter the store.

Food was great, a little soggy after the drive back but typical. Drive thru was busy, went inside staff were rude at counter. I understand drive thru might be busy but shop had 3 sets of people in it.

Never buy the food from this store again! Worst service ever! It take more than 40mins to order 1 meal from the Drive Thru! Waste my time and money

Staffs were indifferent and not even active to serve the customers who walked inside the store and want to order.

Bruh I said "pepsi but sugar free" bc I lowkey forgot what it was called (Pepsi max) and she thought I said Pepsi freeze lmao

2 drive thru speakers + bad crew management = 50/50 chance of getting the wrong order every time.

Low patrons so you get your food real quick. Cordial staff. Recommended when you visit the nearby place for a shopping or taking your kids to childcare.

Bought a 3 piece chicken meal on 24th June at 1745 with two boys serving me WITHOUT FACE MASKS COVERING THEIR NOSES!
One pulled it over nose when I asked them to as according to Covid regulations whilst the other, Martina did NOT and turned away from me!

Unimpressed. While it is sufficient for a KFC, overall the quality of their food (takeaway as it might be) is poor.
The staff are reasonable at their job, but don't seem impressed to be stuck working here.

First up let me say the food was hot and pretty fresh, so bonus points for that. Will l go back? No! The music was so loud you couldn't hold a conversation and the tables and floor looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time.no covid hygenie at all.lift your game KFC Keysborough.

Chicken was great and online ordering was easy but beware that you get what you ordered. On two occasions in the past 3 months I have ordered a large family meal pack plus an extra serve of chicken and did not get the extra serve. I have found this to be a common problem at most KFCs so I always check before leaving.

Had a terrible experience ordering takeaway at the store. First of all chips and nuggets were soggy. Justin who took our order didn't get the order right. Ordered large gravy and got large chips instead. Ordered 10wings, was given 6. Only discovered these when we got home. Had to drive back to replace the items. This is simply not good enough. The store desperately needs adequate training for all staffs.

My go to KFC store exceptional customer service the employees there are so sweet especially eveytime i get served by William he is so kind and friendly. Very quick to get my order out with freshly fried chicken and chips.

Always cold food and always busy. Very ride staff most are little kids who don't know what they are doing

The worst kfc in south east, the managers need to change they let these kids who are cooking our food basically run amuck, I always order the giant feast and it’s always missing something and lately the food is stale and cold, but on this occasion I notice the skin on the chicken looked burnt, already home and the kids exited to eat didn’t think much of it, that night we all had sore stomachs, management needs a good wake up call or the sack these kids don’t take their job serious and it’s the managements fault

My go-to KFC, just a normal KFC - great tasting, fast food for affordable prices. Probably the only issue I can name is the number of times they forget something in my order
