Half the staff behind the counter not wearing masks or not wearing them correctly. Half the customers not wearing masks. Very uncomfortable in Covid times.

Lol i bully some kid for going to this kfc but anyway i like mcdonalds its epic and every other kfc mmmmmmmmmmmmmm better

Ordered a big order in total of $75 for delivery. Order number J. V. I have ordered a couple of times from this KFC. I gave 1 star because every time, they always miss some stuffs from my order. Today, one of the items that I ordered is HOT RODS BOX. At least this time they remember the hot rods (the last two times they forgot). But now, they forgot the 2 Large Potato and Gravy. I mean, is this how KFC making money? By advertising a tempting price for a big box but then leaving out some items? Knowing that because the order is delivered, we can not check and complain. On top of that we have to pay almost $10 delivery fee

Very disappointing. 3 piece feed.chicken was dripping in oil.hardly any chicken on the pieces.not sure if the recipe has changed, but definitely not what it used to be.no more secret KFC herbs & spices

Terrible experience tonight. Only 2 cars in drive thru, and we were only ones in restaurant when we ordered. We waited 15 minutes and people who came in after us got their orders first. The people after us also were given extra chicken for their long wait, we got cold chips and standard order. Poor service tonight

Can't hear through speaker box. Can hardly read menu in drive through as it was old and discolored

Husband just bought kfc (25 PCs wicked wings, 5 frozen drinks). Chicken color was totally dark brown. Seems like it was reheated multiple times. This isn’t the first time we have something like this and it totally sucks. You’ll get sick! I wouldn’t recommend buying there.

Absolutely appalling service I did an online order which they gave me the wrong burger then tried blaming me for the burger being wrong because the order went thru to instore and not drive thru I was disgusted with the way I was spoken to

Standard KFC. Service was quick, i did order online, have done a couple of times and never had an issue. Staff seem friendly and customer service is good.

Their app is fantastic. So easy to order and use instore or through drive through. Nice clean store

Went through drive thru and was served by Damon at 8: 46pm. When ordering our meal, my partner didn't get to finish what his order was then Damon cuts him saying "is that it" and continued to speak over the top of him trying to make the order. Felt like we were rushed and couldn't place our order. Poor delivery/people skills. Staff need to be trained to serve customers politely.

Really poor management. Had an achievement award from my son's football and the manager wouldn't redeem it. Tried at another store few days later and it wasn't a problem. Nice work Karingal Hungry Jacks!

Great service and suggestions from the boys that work there. Only thing i noticed was some ladies on their phones in the office.

Been to this place 3 times since moving to the area last year and every single time they've got the order wrong or short handed me. Staff should learn to count.

Very quiet kfc not huge waiting lines and next to other restaurants which helps with fussy children

Very busy.
Nice and lovely staff, quality of the chicken (yes even for fast food) is not great. Enough oil to soak through a box and bag, and wow the chicken was dry. Also the chips could be with some of that signature KFC salt.
Will I go back.probably but not super excited.

Food is exceptional. Service is prompt. Staff are polite and I always have a great meal at a good price. Two thumbs up from me.

It’s a KFC what more can be said staff is friendly drive thru is always fast how ever they can never seem to salt their chips correctly either too little or way too much either I’m going home blind from the salt or wishing I was.
