59Horrible place. I ordered a family meal and had to wait for some 40 minutes or so to be served a soggy mess with not a single drumstick after requesting a few for the bucket.
On a Friday night they ran out of ALL chicken fillets for the burgers, then between the ordering box and the pickup window they ran out of Wicked Wings.
Staff were relatively polite. So many staff on the counter when I got there but speed was still the same.
Food was good, however the inside of the restaurant was really gross. Lots of food and rubbish on the floor, and the toilets were disgraceful
Worst unprofessional store on earth. You wait 45 minutes in line and if thats not bad enough, they get your order wrong! While you wait another 45 minutes!
Extremely drive through service when its busy. Dont seem to be able serve more than one at a time.
Ordered the one box and got a fuckall box someone had 2 bites of my 1 bite bread. If you wanna see go 200 metres up the road where I threw said bread. Completely unhappy with the service and I suggest the fat people out back stop eating the child portion bread.

So angry! Ordered through the offial KFC app and it advised it would take 30 mins to deliver, it took 80 mins! Spoke to the manager twice to no avail but she advised the second time that the order was only picked up 10 mins ago which meant they took over an hour to put a burger box together. I tried to explain that the issue was internal not with the driver but she just didn't get it. Finally get it 30 mins after the kids go to bed and it was missing multiple items. I called back and the manager showed no interest in taking responsibility and kindly directed me to a 1800 number? Thanks for fking up our family night. Never again.
Been going to this KFC for years and as expected sometimes its good sometimes its horrible. The drive through congestion is beyond ridiculous these days at 6-7pm.
Tonight I have purchased some crispy chicken tenders! Well they were that crispy and almost chocolate brown in colour very very far from being tender. They were thrown straight into the bin after braking one in half and just seeing how dry and tough they were. I was so angry after waiting fifteen minutes in the drive through que at Lee street Karingal store. I wanted to go back and show it to the people and the manager. Obviously they don’t have any type of quality control. My wife insisted I didn’t go back, she feared that the police would be called in to control my anger. Not happy at all.

Swapped out mashed potato for a bread roll. It was so squashed it was unrecognisable. 3 fillet strips were overcooked and tiny.
No aioli in the box either. Very disappointed.
I bought a great feast from KFC because the kebab shop was unexpectedly closed. The chicken was a bit over cooked, chips were good & held their shape & taste. Coleslaw was excellent. Potato & gravy always a blessing. Free choice of drink (forgot she doesn't drink Pepsi lol) I had 7 pieces of chicken left over after serving 2 adults a 11,9,8 & 3 year old children. A big thanks & $ well spent for $43.90.
Absolutely pathetic. I ordered using the KFC app after waiting over an hour I didn’t receive my order even though the app said ‘delivered’ Tried ringing the driver but the number ‘isn’t available anymore’ so I ring the store - straight to voice mail. Use this service at your own risk.
The team member did not notice a customer in store for 10 minutes. No greetings. Not make you feel welcome at all.
Service wasn't too bad considering, but they are always very busy and trying to use the drive-thru can be a nightmare at times. Obviously the bi-product of being a decent restaurant.
Good service food is good but every time I walk in to this KFC in particular the floors are very slippery and I feel like I am at the snow ice skating there is no one on the floor mopping all cleaning after someone has dropped food there is no proper OH&S or wh&s work health and safety policies and procedures when the floors are dirty and people have spill things or dropped food floors are always slippery.
I ordered online for Baxter. Baxter was closed. Rang Karingal who said they did not have my order. So I had to reorder and pay again. Got home to discover that my order HAD been transferred to Karingal. Had to go through an annoying process to get my refund.
Very very dirty-floor was filthy they must have been understaffed that night.staff member was nice though.
Not a wonderful experience. Most staff couldn't keep their masks above their noses, half the customers inside didn't wear masks. Enter if you're feeling like a bit of a dare-devil I suppose?
I'm a bit disappointed with this KFC, because i ordered a "large" 3 piece feed. There was simply no way, that i received a LARGE meal. It was more like a small one. I kid u not! The chicken was very small pieces. So the next time i went there, i actually asked for the same, plus, 1 piece of (extra) chicken piece. Lucky i did do that. Yet again. I was given a small pack! Even though i paid for a large one! I'm sorry to say, but i won't be going back again!
