One of their managers with a scorpion tattoo told me to go ropemaxx as he handed me my order.food was mid but the same worker did a line with me in the toilets.i believe the workers name was John Cenus 5/5 service

Short, bald worker with the scorpion tattoo on his arm is pretty chill. Bloke put 9 tenders in my Zinger Box. 5 stars.

This place is going to kill someone, if it hasn’t already. Three bouts of diarrhoea before I could pinpoint the cause. Obviously very poor food handling procedures and with no quality control. Where are the adults and who is responsible for hiring kids to run a restaurant?
Where is our health department?
KFC should be concerned about this outlet destroying their brand and reputation.

So much, so wrong. The chicken was so oily that the bottom fell out of the box. The chips were so undercooked they were white, soggy, limp and inedible. The potato and gravy was liquid and gross.
Seriously, is there zero quality control here. I ended up walking out and going to a different place to eat. Terrible.

Quite possibly the worst KFC. My son semi regularly visits and warned me how slow they are. Customer service girl looked as happy as a death row inmate. Young boy in front placed a small order and paid with a $50 note. She rolled her eyes and sighed when he passed it to her. Eventually got my food after asking for it as it sat on the bench for over 5 minutes, food was semi cold and soggy

I'm only in Frankston to look after my mum once a fortnight, and every time I go there it's a nightmare. 40 minute wait again this arvo, and I always check my order, as like many people, as they are always short changing people. There a bloody disgrace, and I wish that peticular facility, all the misfortune in the world. I find it amazing that the owner of this peticular franchise could possibly sleep at night, knowing that there facility is so loathed, based on nearly all the reviews.

Why does all the bread constantly taste stale. The staff were struggling with basic orders. The store and car park were filthy.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Paid for tenders instead of original pieces but they didn't get it right, even after ringing and making sure they'd get it right. Tenders which already came with meal were like twigs and smaller than the nuggets. 3RD TIME IN A ROW ORDER WRONG!

Good food only problem was it was extremely busy don’t mind waiting but food wasn’t the hottest and you would think it would be nice and fresh when they are so busy

Worst kfc I’ve ever been to.
Understaffed and had no idea what they are doing.
Place is filthy dirty.
Waited 35 mins for my food and threw it in the bin it was overly dry
Waste of money.

What a s$#t show! Probably the most disgusting food place I've been to in some time. Maybe ever. The floors, walls, tables all filthy.left over food everywhere. THE BATHROOMS female hygiene products on the floor!
Staff are all young but that isn't an excuse!

Officially complaining to consumer affairs regarding this store. After a 30 min wait and witnessing there’s absolutely no need for it other than management are all terrible here. This store doesn’t care so I will take this further. Tamika rudest person out not happy to help at all refused to replace food, stuffed the order up completely, no apology. Reporting to head office she's a joke what an awful experience kgc hire better managers please.

This kfc was amazing, now long wait times for them to still mess up the order.used to go here all the time

We waited 20 min for drive through. All the staff have their backs turned and not looking at customers. The feel of this shop is bad. We had time to walk inside and use the toilet and come back and still wait 15 min. Really poor service.

I guess I should have read the reviews first. It seems majority have experienced poor food and service, as have I. Undercooked chips, missing items (including the drink), and unable to get through on the main phone to make a complaint! So, one start review it is, as unable to select -5 stars. Time to boycott this store.

Went and ordered last night wasnt until ten minutes after i ordered i ask and was told it would probably be a 40 min wait!
Poor customer service should inform customers prior to taking there money

Understand no chicken but getting two large chips not hot but cold and no salt flavour not happy, not 4 star to me.no thank you

Drive thru is ok sometimes theirs a queue but nothing beats the chips that are just salty enough that they bother you

Was ok. Wanted to eat in, had to get a table cleaned as all tables were dirty.
