51If this is for KFC in the food court. I was served buy a polite lady. I asked for a bacon and cheese fillet burger. She turned to a woman in casual clothes with fairy wings and asked her a question. The wings girl yelled something at me. Very aggressive with arms folded, I said sorry.what was that, she yelled louder.wait on bacon. I asked.how long.she yelled.wait on bacon. I asked.how long 10 min 30 mins? She turned away. I just left and went to the out side store for a perfect serving. The wings girl made no attempt to to move closer to communicate with me. She was rude, arrogant and aggressive. No need for this. Thanks to the African girl who first served me. Great friendly smile and good communication.
Very hit & miss. Frequently missing items from drive through orders & nobody ever answers the phone when you try to call about the missing items.
Their Zinger patties are quite gristley compared to other kfc's.
It can be a hit or miss on the quality of food here.you never know when it's gonna be fresh or not.
Its good for the name and, located in shopping center precinct,
Closer to public transport, and you will get car parking just around, may sometimes have to wait a while.
Be mind full to drive carefully, especially when your about to in and out from drive through, take care and enjoy
This KFC here in the worst. The staff members dont even clean floor, they dont even clean the tables. THE FOOD ISNT EVEN FRESH. I WOULD REALLY NOT RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS PLACE IT IS DISGRACEFUL
Food is what you'd expect. As a food court store, there a good turn around of fresh products. There always seems to be queues though. In spite of having several tills/serving points, there's rarely enough open. With the steady stream of customers it'd would like to see more staff, which would result is quicker service.
Always mess up take away orders and u CBC goin back to fix it. Run out of menu items more often than acceptable.
Absolutely disgraceful! I've always been the one to give fast food the benefit of the doubt! But this cashier was appalling! And to make things more worse she was one of the managers at KFC (the one just outside Werribee Plaza) she took over 5 minutes to serve me! Although it was busy there was no one in front of me! I waited patiently to be served and she looks at me once or twice doing completely nothing! I walked out in disgust and didn't order a thing fast food is a waste of money and time.
It was Terrible. I went there one day and ordered simple small chips and a few nuggets. However, these even smaller-minded people took TEN minutes to serve me my meal properly. I know Autistic tendencies when I see them; in fact, I am Autistic myself. However, I've never seen people acting MORE RETARDED than that day. I mean, this is offensive to those who are actually Autistic (like myself) and could easily SERVE UP A SIMPLE MEAL IN 1-2 MINUTES! What has society come to in all honesty? Here's what I have to say about KFC: "You STANK. You're GARBAGE" - Andy Warski.
Worst customer service. First off, the wait for an order as small as a combo is extremely long, especially considering they dont even have a drive thru to take care of. It takes 2 seconds to make a combo. I would know. I work at a KFC.
Secondly, I go here quite often and EVERY SINGLE TIME, Im not even kidding, my order is messed up in some kind of way. Even if its only a small mess up, it shouldnt be happening EVERY TIME! AND ESPECIALLY NOT FOR SOMETHING LIKE A COMBO. If I'm waiting 5 minutes for a freaking COMBO, I expect it to be perfect. IN WHICH IT NEVER IS!
For example, today I had a zinger burger box. I asked for the mayo to be swapped to pepper mayo. What did I get? Supercharge. Not to mention, the gravy was extremely watery, pale and tasteless.
Let me recount a few of my experiences. Keeping in mind that I can't remember everything that's happened since 2016:
- I got two drinks and the person the filled them up, overflowed it and the sides of the cup was all sticky. They handed it to me like that. Do u expect me to hold two drinks soaked in coke?
- I had a krusher and it was half filled and not even made with the right quantities of sauce.
- I ask for extra salt and the worker just plopped a chunk on the top, not even shaking it. Like do you want me to have high cholesterol? So I either I get to eat potato's or I get to eat salt
- the staff literally act like theyre all that. Like no. You guys aren't the only ones who work at a KFC and you should be thankful that I even bring you my service so maybe try and act like you actually care about your customers. AND MAYBE TRY TO SMILE A LITTLE.
And I'm having a blank right now so that's all the examples I can list but I think u get the point now. I hate this place.
