KFC Hoppers Crossing

It truly had the worst customer service, I waited for ages and no one came to the counter to take the order.

Ordered yesterday arvo, spent all night sick from food poisoning.the customer service is always kind of questionable here, we do pick up orders now since the last 3 times we ordered delivery they only bothered to send the drinks with NO FOOD.it took ages for the order to be ready, and it was fine it was just kfc food.then the stomach cramps started, and the vomiting, every hour, i was up until 5am.what an amazing birthday dinner.just go to a different kfc, there's always something wrong at this one

Ok.have things changed? What happened to the wet wipes and spoon when ordering a box, Do I have to ask?
If you serve the public in any way, there are standards. Sadly, most KFC have fallen so far behind other fast food companies, I'm not sure if they will ever recover.

Maybe it's time for a new crispy chicken chain, with amazing driveway manners and service.
Any suggestions?

Waited for so long. Then told me that they don't have half of my order. Customer service said we can't do better than this. Take ur business some where else. Very rude staff.

We ordered 2 cheap as chips 12 of the pieces of chicken were the size of a soup spoon, right down to thigh pieces, drum sticks, looks like they came off a baby chick, very disappointed and you should be ashamed to be giving out pieces like that

The place was fabulous. The food was amazing. The staff were helpful. They even helped me replace a burger with hair in it. Totally recommended.

Girl I ordered in drive thru giggling the entire time I was trying to order, because of this she stuffed up the sizing I wanted as well as the drink. I don’t mind a little fun in the workplace but really! She was also rude and abrupt giggling when I wanted a tenders meal, laughing while saying we don’t have tenders, like cool where’s the sorry we don’t currently have tenders.

Ordered a zinger and got original recipe through drive away, food is consistently warm. I haven't received a hot, done recently food from this place.

I just ordered 12 wicked wings and 3 pieces of hot and crispy. However I just received 8 wicked wings, 5 nuggets and one popcorn chicken with a sweet and sour sauce. Thank you for the sweet and sour sauce

Today New Year Eve order takeaway dinner from this store and served by shift supervisor at 8.06pm.
All of the chicken pieces, tenders are covered with dark oil debris and very greasy. The oil that dripped from the chicken pieces is brownish in colour. Not sure how long has the oil been recycled. How do you expect me to eat this?

Got wicket wings from here couple times it is absolutely flavorless and cold not even juicy at all worst KFC I ever been they should really pick up the pace or might as well shut down your business

Ordered 2 double tender combos and rolls. No double tenders in bag. Spent 20minutes calling and no answer…… Seriously?

I ate the worst food in my life. Last night bought chicken wings and nuggets. Too much oil and was not even cooked well enough. You can see the inside of the chicken is still raw chicken.

Do NOT go to this KFC. They're are ALWAYS messing up their orders and the food is always cold and stale. Chips are hard and cold and the chicken taste like cardboard. Staff here don't know what they're doing. Seriously need to be re-staffed and re-trained.

Well myself n l didnt really want to eat KFC.as I have grandchildren that's wat they wanted n it was there time to choose.
So we arrive at the drive thru n make our order pay n arrive at the 2nd window 2 collect our order.
So we r handed 2 very large bag with 2 boxes inside.so as we where waiting for our drinks. Another bag of food is given to us and then our drinks come next. N off we go bk home to eat we get home open the bags n find 2 big boxes of chicken inside each.like each box would have had atleast 10 to 12 pieces of chicken inside each box and + wat I played for the meals I ordered for my grandchildren so after all it actually paid off going to KFC. SO YES On this day we had a great esperance and enjoyed the food as it was fresh and hot which brings out its was a fantastic esperance. So thk u LFC FOR YOUR STUFF UP. BUT WAS GRATEFULLY ENJOYED THE NEXT DAY FOR BREAKFAST N LINCH @ (' HERE WE CALL BRUNCH. MY GRANDKIDS ENJOYED IT VERY HAPPYLY

Ever since shifting here permanently about 3 weeks ago, I have visited this place for food about 3 times. Always got hot food. That was my only requirement as cold KFC wings would be so difficult to eat. Loved the fresh hot food.

The food here is often hit and miss. The service is well meaning but often at a juvenile level due to the age of the staff. Simple requests are often met with little thought to the customer.

Use drive thru if you want your order quick. Inside store even if you are alone it will take forever for someone to come and serve you. Almost looks like they don't want customers to come inside the store.

Went to this Store this evening (as a drive thru). Dis regard notice to the KFC review for Inside the Plaza). This is for Hoppers / Plaza Store. Ordered a Dinner for 2 & a Zinger Box. Arrived Home to find the Burger was missing. Thank you KFC, for ripping us off. Not the first time either, but will the last. Do NOT Recommend. Certainly adds up ($$) to help YOUR bottom line by shortchanging your Customers.

When we opened the bag at home we were 2 potato n gravy short but there were 2 medium chips extra.the receipt was right but the items were wrong so it was poor item picking.will not go to that shop again.
