KFC Hoppers Crossing

Have tried KFC from other stores. Have found KFC at this store, crispy, chicken not fatty, chips fresh. Just how Iike it. Attend store regularly.

I ordered cheap as cheaps deal and received without coleslaw. All thise chicken pices are soggy. We really didnt feel well after eating.

Waiting 30 minutes in the waiting bay for my order that I ordered through KFC app 15 minutes before I arrived at drive-thru.

Delicious zinger box meal comes with 3 KFC chicken, chicken burger, chips and cold drinks.so cheap and delicious.

Store is neat and tidy. Some vouchers/coupons they won't accept. No salt on french fries.ok ok customer service.

Wouldnt go anywhere else to get kfc and this is because of the excellent customer service from a girl named alisha! Congratulate her as she does an amazing job with conforming the greatest zinger box of all time

The tables were dirty and one of the workers was having there break and was sniffing snot up it was very of putting and when I said in a very loud voice about how dirty the place was he just sat there and did nothing

We ordered the Giant feast, got the mixed feast. Not only that, but they barely filled the chip boxes. It didn't even reach half. First time being this disappointed with KFC.

Little wait for chicken, but was worth it.the guy that packed my meal and the Manager at the time were so friendly and polite thanks KFC for the wonderful service.

Terrible service.last time it was all burnt and soggy chips. This time had to wait more than 15 minutes. The people coming after me were receiving their order. Finally i had to approach them and ask. Only then they gave me my order. Would never visit here again.

Terrible. I ordered a streetwise feast and items were missing, also items not included in the streetwise feast.

Orderd a family feast and I clearly said that I didn't want rib pieces and still got 4, however I realise that they may have not be able to put no ribs as they can't cherry pick out of the product, however I'd appreciate if you told me that you won't give me a rib free meal:)

Filthy restaurant. Staff standing around talking instead of cleaning tables and the floor. Very disappointing.

One of the Best KFCs this and Werribee have the best food good size chicken never dry taste the difference to the one inside the plaza is rubbish. Like eating quail so small dry pieces. Always do this 1 with the drive thru best staff best food or go to werribee forget the rest.

Would give it a 5 star rating if they only gave me the right amount of chicken pieces. Everytime and i mean everytime, instead of the 8 pcs, there is always 2 missing! Happened more than 5 times to be a coincidence. Also happens with the kfc inside the plaza. So everyone, count your chickens.everytime as i do. Even last night, i ordered a deal that was meant to have 8 pcs and an extra 3 pc chicken.i got only 9!

Had to wait for long for a burger only when even there was nobody made an order before me. I even asked them how long it will take after 5mins of my order and got an answer 1minutes and 30secs. After 10mins of made my order, no one still tried to make my burger made me freakin upset.

These guys cant get their stuff togather, always messing up orders & never for filling orders. They are ignorant, i asked for extra salt and they pretty much took the top off the salt and this was after waiting over 6 minutes espeically when the burger was in the bag and the bay maree was full of chips.

When i mentioned about how long id been waiting she removed the order from the screen

Asked for extra salt because salt can somtimes be needed if your low in it and i got no salt. Yay this isnt the 1st time.

Terrible slow service. Chips were soggy and had no salt. Burgers tasted like they were a day old. No mayo. Wicked wings were almost burnt.
